"Go catch some?" Before Celeste Grant could even speak, his figure flickered and vanished. He had already entered the mountain range below.
'A centipede going to catch other centipedes? Is he serious?'
The couple exchanged a look but said nothing. Their son, Aaron Sinclair, who was standing by the grill, brought over the roasted rabbit. He casually pulled out a dagger, began slicing the meat onto a plate, and pushed it in front of Celeste Grant and his father.
"Dad, Mom, eat up while it's hot."
"Thanks, son." Celeste Grant smiled and pulled Javier Sinclair to sit down at the table. The rabbit meat on the plate sizzled, glistening with rendered fat. It looked absolutely delicious. "Let's eat."
She picked up a piece of sliced meat with her chopsticks and put it in her mouth. The flavor was simply divine. "This is delicious! Darling, you have to try some." As she spoke, she picked up another piece and held it to Javier Sinclair's lips.
