Jiang Zuo was still watching TV, wondering what to have for dinner. In theory, since Su Qi was home, she would cook. But that was assuming she wasn't angry.
Jiang Zuo could only figure something out himself. Su Qi's strength was in the upper echelons of Tier Two, so skipping a meal was no big deal for her. He was different. Even though he didn't eat often, that didn't mean he didn't get hungry, especially when he had nothing to do.
But before Jiang Zuo could figure it out, Su Qi came out, already dressed.
She sat down next to Jiang Zuo, not saying a word.
Seeing Su Qi dressed so neatly, Jiang Zuo knew she probably had to go on another business trip.
For some reason, Jiang Zuo felt a little disappointed.
'She just got back, and now she has to leave again.'
Although their interactions weren't always pleasant, Jiang Zuo didn't mind. In fact, he felt no displeasure at all.
