"The Misfortune Balance Theory?"
Su Qi was puzzled. "Senior Sister, why is your theory so peculiar?"
Jingyue said, "Well, your condition is peculiar, isn't it? My theories have to keep up with the times."
'That's true,' Su Qi thought. A situation like hers was rare enough. It was even rarer for there to be a theory about it.
It made sense that her Senior Sister would have to base the theory on her specific condition.
Su Qi asked, "So, what is the Misfortune Balance Theory?"
Jingyue said, "First, the Misfortune Coin as we know it isn't actually that powerful. At most, it can only cause minor misfortune.
Like buying instant noodles and finding no seasoning packet."
Su Qi nodded. That's how it was at the beginning—or she would just trip and fall. But things had been abnormal recently.
Celestial Tribulations, meteorites... she wouldn't believe it if someone told her they had nothing to do with her.
But the thought that they *were* related to her was terrifying.
