Here, take this. If there's an emergency, spray it in his eyes. Your safety comes first, no matter what."
After giving her instructions and making sure Yvette Yates understood, Zoe Sawyer finally felt a bit more at ease.
Luckily, the weather was cold, so tucking a small canister of pepper spray into a sleeve wouldn't be noticeable.
She pretended to go inside to wash her hands. When she came back out, Evan Keller and the others were already waiting by the living room door.
As she walked over, Zoe Sawyer noticed out of the corner of her eye that the sky outside the curtains now looked no different from how it had when she was inside!

Before closing the door, Zoe Sawyer felt a little more relieved after seeing Yvette Yates give her a slight nod.
