At that moment, the Wrathscale in the sea seemed to grow angry at its own inexplicable cowardice.
It couldn't understand why it would fear such a tiny human!
This was an insult to its status as a powerful being!
If its previous attacks were merely it going through the motions to fulfill its master's command, then now, it was truly enraged.
ROAR—!!!
With a roar that shook the heavens, the Wrathscale shook its enormous head, its crimson vertical pupils once again consumed by madness.
It abruptly raised a giant claw covered in dark red Scale Armor, its talons glinting with a cold light that could tear steel, and slammed it down viciously toward the figure on the deck that had brought it such shame!
Lin Ye's brow furrowed slightly.
'Insolent little thing.'
'In terms of bloodline, this flood dragon was just a young whelp compared to the long-lived Dragon Race.'
'And the Ancient Dragon Blood in my veins? I'd probably be its ancestor's ancestor.'
