These days, more and more of Celestial Cloud Sect's Spirit Refiners at the Qi Refining stage possess special Upper-Grade Magical Artifacts. This is a primary reason our strength falls short of theirs."
The disciples sent to operate in the Celestial Cloud Sect's territory were almost all at the late or peak stage of Qi Refining. Very few were below the late stage.
