Cheng Zongyang reviewed the information on the panel and continued his discussion with the Ring Spirit, further refining the four new rules.
For example, the first rule stated that after obtaining resident status, people could worship the Immortal Divine Statue. By worshiping it sincerely and regularly, each person could earn a variable amount of 1 to 10 Points per day. This "cost" would be covered by the Ring Spirit, as this was the Power of Faith it required.
For example, the second rule would be publicly announced and would establish a punishment system with fixed penalties—the Ten Thousand Races Jail system. Anyone who senselessly assaulted or killed a resident of the Realm of Ten Thousand Races would be imprisoned for a set period or pay with their life. After serving their time, the imprisoned would be free to enter and exit the Realm of Ten Thousand Races again.
