Bella calmed down a little after hearing what Li Wei said.
She stared at Li Wei and asked, "What do you mean?"
Li Wei turned to Abak, his gaze cold. "You should ask him."
Bella's gaze fell on Abak, hardening.

Bella's tone was anything but friendly.
Abak looked at Li Wei and Bella, shocked and inwardly groaning.
He never expected Li Wei and Bella to know each other.
Abak hastily explained, "Thunder General, please calm down. I honestly didn't know these Flying Magical Beasts belonged to the Lord City Lord."
"I saw these Flying Magical Beasts constantly damaging the Hundred Flowers Garden, so I thought I'd ask Grand Mage Li Wei for help."
"Really, all he needed to do was drive them away. Who knew Grand Mage Li Wei would act so fast and kill all the Flying Magical Beasts in one go? It's really not my fault."
Abak was making excuses, pushing all the blame onto Li Wei.
Hearing this, Li Wei let out a cold laugh.
