South of the ruins of Bin Pass, beneath the thick barrier over the Chu Army Camp, Qingjiang stared unblinkingly at the battle raging in the northern sky. The immense pressure radiating from it filled her with a deep, instinctual fear.

An almost inaudible sound of something tearing through the air suddenly echoed by her ear. It was the Dust Light Technique, unleashed by an Earth Vein Cultivator. She saw a sky full of dust and sand surge upward, but the instant it began to devour the world's Spiritual Qi, a golden palm from the opposing side shattered it. As the dust cloud broke apart, it spread across the surrounding land.
Some of the dust penetrated the massive boulders from the collapsed mountains ahead, striking the surface of the Barrier Light Curtain above the camp and creating ripples. Just as Qingjiang breathed a sigh of relief, the dust passed through the barrier. She subconsciously reached out with her frost-covered right hand to block it.
