After a few seconds of thought, Renee Jennings set off after the two thieves.
To her surprise, they had come on a motorcycle. With no taxis in sight, Renee couldn't catch up and only had time to snap a picture of the license plate.
Ruby volunteered eagerly, "Renee, I'll go after them!"
