"Joey is so pretty today," Lynn York said with a beaming smile as she walked over.
"She is," Lynn York's husband, Steven Jean, agreed with a nod. "Joey is this beautiful every time I see her."
Zayden Wyatt said dismissively, "It's all makeup. Not like Linda, who's a natural beauty and looks good even without it."
Hearing this, the bashful girl burst out laughing. "That's hilarious."

Gigi Gaines was the bashful girl's real name. She gave a slight smile. "Nothing. Sit down and pick a song."
"Linda, what song do you want to sing? I'll queue it for you." Zayden Wyatt sat down next to Lynn York, his tone considerate.
"Since you're picking a song for her, I'll pick one for Brother-in-law," Gigi Gaines said, looking at Steven Jean with a smile. "Is that okay, Brother-in-law?"
