Cole Sinclair's gaze immediately shot over, glaring at Ethan Page. Ethan scooted away resentfully, grumbling to himself, 'What a possessive freak! Am I that kind of guy?'
Riley Perry, of course, didn't see Cole Sinclair's subtle action, but she did see Ethan Page's reaction. It only took a moment's thought for her to understand what was going on. She chuckled. "I've definitely never practiced before."
So she was just lucky.
"Come on, come on, play a couple of rounds with me. Let's see just how good your luck really is!"
The two didn't play anything complicated, just a simple game of drawing a card to see who had the higher value. Riley Perry managed to beat him soundly every single time.
"This is insane! I've never seen anyone with such good luck!"
Morgan Fisher came over too. "Let's all play a few hands."
"What can three people play? Fight the Landlord? I might not be so good at that."
