Bordering the Central Plains, Puyang Prefecture's location was undeniably critical. The main forces of the Southern Border's Royalist Faction—the Vast Qi Dao Alliance, the White Deer Sword Palace, and the Da Li Southern Garrison Army—were all stationed within this prefecture.
