Murphy was at his desk handling some affairs for the Baron's Domain when his ears suddenly twitched, and he looked up in surprise.
The door to the study opened without a sound, and a figure walked toward him.
It was Cecilia.
A dark green velvet long dress accentuated her burgeoning, graceful figure. Her golden hair was meticulously braided into an elegant bun, with a few stray strands hanging by her ears, making her fair skin seem all the more translucent.
But what was most striking was the pink mist swirling around her. The mist flowed about her as if it had a life of its own, and even her azure eyes faintly glowed with a pinkish halo.
Alarm bells went off in Murphy's head.
'When did Cecilia get here?'
'How could she have possibly approached the study without making a sound?'
'Was it that pink mist?'
'And what kind of Supernatural Power is this?'
