"Sister, me too!"
Shen Nian heard a young, boyish voice beside her. She turned her head and, sure enough, saw Gu Zifan standing right next to Gu Hengzhi.
"Fanfan, you're here too!"
Upon seeing Gu Zifan, the anger on Shen Nian's face quickly melted into joy. She never expected to see him here. The sight of him was enough to soothe some of the fury she'd felt just moments before.
"Yeah, I came with my big brother!"
Gu Zifan nodded. He had finally convinced his big brother to take him out to find her, but for days on end, his brother had been too busy.
Today, he'd finally caught his big brother on a day off and had pestered him into taking him out. He never imagined he'd actually run into Sister Xiao Nian. He was ecstatic!
But his joy was short-lived. The moment he saw someone daring to cause trouble for Sister Xiao Nian, his little face went cold.
