After tossing out that line, Fang Chenyi slammed his foot on the gas, and the sports car shot forward again. Behind him, the young man who had fumbled to catch the keys was now in absolute awe of this tycoon:
"Holy cow, now *that's* a real tycoon! That's the air of a true tycoon! Casually tossing out a set of keys and giving away whichever villa it happens to be. My god, when will I ever reach a big shot's level?!"
Watching the supercar's taillights fade into the distance, the young man was completely overwhelmed.
He glanced down at the key in his hand. It was clearly marked "Villa No. 9." Looking at the number, the young man felt a wave of resignation. 'Looks like my luck is just average,' he thought. 'Out of this whole row of villas, I still ended up with the fourth from the bottom.'
Of course, forget Villa No. 9—even getting Villa No. 12 would have been incredible. 'Then again,' he mused, 'if I weren't trying to woo my goddess, why would I have come here to rent a villa and show off in the first place?'
Leaving the young master of Wei Long to his dramatic sighs, let's get back to Fang Chenyi.
After leaving the villa complex, he gave Bai Menghan a call. "Hey, Xiao Hanhan, what are you up to?"
As the call connected, Fang Chenyi started driving toward Bai Menghan's apartment building. 'I have to say,' he thought, 'I was single for so long, and now I suddenly have a girlfriend. It feels pretty damn good.'
"I was just getting ready to head back to campus. What's up? Do you miss me already? You want to go buy bedding? Well... okay, but I have to be back at school by 2:30 this afternoon. Mmm-hmm, alright, come on over then. I'll wait for you. Gotta go, bye."
On the other end of the line, Bai Menghan was preparing materials for her afternoon classes with her roommate, Su Tantan. For some reason, her heart fluttered with happiness when she got Fang Chenyi's call.
Around Fang Chenyi, the normally assertive and independent Bai Menghan seemed to transform into a gentle, docile girl.
This glimpse of Bai Menghan's softer side made her roommate Su Tantan's jaw nearly hit the floor. "Oh my god, did I just hear that right? What's gotten into our Miss Bai? That tone of voice... holy cow."

As the door shut, Su Tantan, her mouth still hanging open, finally snapped back to reality. She muttered to herself, "Holy cow, just what kind of man is he? He actually made our 'Bai Wudi'—who *never* looks in the mirror—check her reflection for the first time ever! Nope, not having it. I have to see him today!"
Mumbling to herself, Su Tantan tossed aside the makeup in her hands and ran barefoot onto the balcony. She had to see what kind of guy could actually snag 'Bai Wudi'. After all, the number of rich young masters Bai Menghan had rejected numbered in the hundreds, if not a thousand.
Bai Menghan hadn't made it downstairs yet. Su Tantan ran to the balcony and looked down, spotting a silver-white supercar parked not far away. To Su Tantan, who was admittedly a bit of a gold-digger, the iconic Lamborghini raging bull emblem was dazzling. She didn't know exactly how much the car was worth, but just from its sleek, cool design, she knew it wasn't cheap.
'Holy cow, did Bai Wudi really find such a rich boyfriend?' she thought. 'Sigh, I'm not bad-looking, either. How come no rich guys like that ever chase after me? It makes me so jealous.'
Just as Su Tantan was staring at the sports car, green with envy, Bai Menghan's figure appeared at the building entrance. But then, something unexpected happened. After exiting the building, Bai Menghan didn't walk toward the incredibly cool Lamborghini. Instead, she headed in the opposite direction.
'Could I have been wrong? That Lamborghini doesn't belong to Menghan's boyfriend? If that's the case... does that mean I have a chance to get to know this tycoon with the Lambo?'
