"No," Yu Zihan replied, shaking his head. He blinked his almond-shaped eyes and asked, "Mother, do you want that bow?"
Shen Qing couldn't help but break into a wider smile. "Are you thinking of winning that bow for me, Zihan?"
Yu Zihan considered this, then said with great earnestness, "If you want it, Mother, I'll do my best to try!"
This was different from the school exam. It was the first time he would be performing in front of his mother, so Yu Zihan didn't dare make any grand promises. It wouldn't do to disappoint her.
