As Jane Sterling slowly walked forward, several Daoists from the Azure Summit Temple followed silently behind her.
The old woman and the others then slowly followed the group up. After climbing a countless number of steps, Jane Sterling suddenly stopped when they reached the very top.
She frowned, her gaze falling on a tombstone inscribed with the name Gordon Fischer. The sky-piercing black aura was emanating from the small mound of dirt behind his gravestone.
Seeing Jane Sterling staring intently at the mound, the old woman grew anxious. Her hands trembling, she asked,
"Child, is there something wrong with this grave?"
Jane Sterling didn't answer, instead pointing to the tombstone.
"And this is?"
The old woman hurried forward to explain to Jane Sterling.
"This is my father. How could it be his grave that has a problem?"
The old woman's hands were trembling violently. Jane Sterling stroked her chin, glanced at the old woman, then at Joy Fischer, and instantly understood.
