Kade eyes me intensely, and then warns me,
"Watch your tone!"
No amount of threats are going to keep me shut.
With Agatha dead, I feel that she was innocent now more than ever.
There is something about the girl that decided to share her secret recipe passed down from her grandmother to me, that doesn't scream guilty.
And now, with her lying dead in the dungeons, isn't sitting right.
She was bound for trial, whose automatic verdict would be a guilty one.
Her sentencing was also easy, death by execution in front of the pack.
However, she has died before she even got her change to defend herself.
It isn't right.
And with Kade trying to tell me to watch my mouth, I just keep on cursing and accusing him of her death.
I mean, who else could have ordered her to be killed?
As I bawl out my eyes in front of me, I feel someone pulling me away from Kade, and when I turn my head, I see Cassian.
