Xiao sat in her hospital bed, her arm wrapped in a cast and her abdomen bandaged after the damage she had suffered in the accident. Just as she was adjusting her pillow, a knock echoed from the door.
"Come in," Xiao called softly.
A nurse entered, holding a clipboard and speaking gently, "Miss Xiao, two girls are here. They say they're your friends and would like to visit you."
"Please, let them in," Xiao replied, a spark of warmth in her tired voice.
"Very well."
The nurse left and moments later, Luna and Yuna stepped into the room. Xiao's eyes widened in surprise the moment she saw them. She instinctively tried to swing her legs off the bed to stand but pain shot through her injured body, halting her movement.
The twins rushed to her side. Yuna gently took her hand and helped her sit back upright.
"You shouldn't be moving yet, Xiao," Yuna said with concern.
"I just got excited seeing you both. It's been such a long time," Xiao smiled despite her pain.
Luna leaned forward teasingly, "Did you miss us?"
"Of course I did," Xiao replied without hesitation.
"We missed you too and we came to visit but we can't stay long. The Fauvism are after us."
"But I wanted to spend more time with you, and—"
Before she could finish, there was another knock at the door.
Luna and Yuna exchanged glances. They had sensed it—powerful energy. Whoever stood behind that door possessed a Wonder Stone.
Then the door shattered.
Three figures stepped inside: Tatsuka, Shiro and Warren—commanders from the Fighter Division
Luna crossed her arms with a mock smile. "Did you come to visit our friend too? How thoughtful of you."
"Cut the nonsense," Warren growled. "We're here to kill you, Ribwan twins."
"In your dreams," Luna replied sharply.
"You seem confident, even though we outnumber you," Shiro said, stepping forward.
Yuna stood her ground. "Numbers don't matter. We'll defeat you anyway."
Tatsuoka chuckled. "You're awfully sure of yourselves."
"I'm just stating facts," Yuna retorted calmly.
"Enough talk," Shiro snapped.
He summoned his weapon—an impenetrable diamond shield that wrapped around his entire body—and channeled energy into it.
Luna smirked. "Oh my God , you're actually serious. Why don't we step outside and fight there? We'll show you how foolish you really are."
Without warning, Shiro lunged toward Luna. But Yuna intercepted him with her own shield. Luna took the chance to leap and attack with her Star Blades, but Shiro's diamond armor was too tough; her blades couldn't penetrate it.
He pressed on, relentlessly targeting Yuna until her shield cracked. She narrowly dodged his crushing diamond fist—an attack that would have seriously injured her if it had landed.
Xiao, realizing the danger, jumped from her bed just in time. The impact of Shiro's punch obliterated the bed behind her.
Thinking fast, Luna used instant teleportation to grab Xiao and zip her out of harm's way. Seconds later, Yuna followed, vanishing with a flash of air .
Shiro, Warren and Tatsuka froze in shock.
Tatsuka : "She used air power? I thought Yuna was a water user."
Warren : "I don't know how but we don't have time to be confused. We have to find them and finish this,"
"Agreed."
Outside, in the hospital's garden, Luna gently set Xiao down on the grass.
"You need to get out of here," she said firmly. "We're going to fight and you might get caught in the crossfire."
"I understand. I'll get as far away as I can," Xiao replied, wincing slightly.
"But Xiao," Yuna added, "you should head to another hospital. You're not fully healed yet."
"I will," Xiao nodded and began walking away toward a patch of bushes, her figure slowly disappearing from view.
Luna and Yuna stood side by side, alert. They could feel it again—that powerful presence approaching.
It was them. Warren, Shiro and Tatsuoka—three heirs of Wonder Stones.
Tatsuka wielded fire. Shiro, water. Warren, air. But Luna and Yuna… they wielded all elements and carried dual weapons.
Yuna drew her bow and fired a barrage of lightning arrows. The enemies scattered, leaping aside to avoid the strike.
As Shiro landed, he sensed someone behind him. Luna.
She swung her metal staff, infused with compressed gas energy and struck the back of his head. The blow didn't harm him but it sent him stumbling forward from the sheer force.
Shiro laughed mockingly. "Frustrated that your attack did nothing against my armor?"
"In fact, I am," Luna answered flatly.
"Good. The only person who ever broke my shield is now resting in peace."
"Am I supposed to be impressed… or scared?"
"You should be both."
"Sorry to disappoint, but I'm just sleepy. Now get ready."
She hurled her Star Blade, this time cloaked in blazing volcanic fire.
Shiro's eyes narrowed. 'Fire? She is using a different element again'
But he didn't have time to process it. He reinforced his diamond armor with water and swung his massive, gem-encrusted fist at the flaming star.
Steam erupted from the impact. Then, Luna appeared beside him in a blink and slammed her staff onto his right arm—the same one he'd just used to block her attack.
Shiro's eyes widened. His diamond shield—shattered. His right arm was exposed.
He roared in anger and unleashed a blast of ice at her but she blocked it with a barrier of air. He then lunged with his left arm, still encased in the diamond armor but she teleported away again.
His punch struck the ground where she had just stood, reducing the stone beneath to rubble. Furious, he regenerated his armor over his damaged arm.
Staring at Luna, he snarled, "It's serious now. I'm going to fight you with everything I've got."
"I haven't used my full strength either," Luna replied calmly. "So don't get too excited."
"This is it. No more games. But isn't it unfair that you're fighting me alone, while your twin faces both Warren and Tatsuka?"
"Unfair? Not at all. Yuna can handle those two idiots. If I were in her place, I'd beat them too."
"You arrogant—" Shiro growled. "I'll crush that pride of yours today!"
"Then try your best."
The real battle between Luna and Shiro had just begun.
Yuna stood her ground, facing Warren — a vicious fighter who wielded not only the element of air but also a strange weapon: razor-sharp metallic threads. Without a word, Warren launched his attack, surrounding her with those glinting threads from every direction. If they struck, they'd slice her to ribbons.
But Yuna reacted instantly, encasing herself in a dome of solid ice. The metallic threads struck the frozen barrier with force, but could not penetrate it. Seeing that, Warren poured compressed air into his threads, strengthening them. The reinforced strands shattered the ice but Yuna had already vanished.
A sharp buzz in the air caught his attention. Warren spun around just in time to dodge a lightning arrow that grazed his cheek. Yuna had reappeared at a distance, using instant teleportation the moment her ice was broken — repositioning herself for a precise ranged attack.
Warren was stunned by her swift movement but didn't have time to ponder it. She launched another flurry of lightning arrows. He dodged some, blocked others and sprinted toward her. When he got close, he unleashed his threads in a rapid swirl meant to trap her — but Yuna vanished again, teleporting high into the sky.
From above, she rained fire arrows down on him. Warren was overwhelmed. He blocked a few, dodged some but the rest seared his skin, leaving bloody gashes.
Yuna didn't stop. As she readied another shot, she sensed danger — behind her. Tatsuka. The fire wielder struck with her blazing weapon. Yuna barely raised her ice shield in time. But Tatsuka leapt again, this time slashing Yuna across her right side.
Pain surged through Yuna's ribs. But she clenched her jaw, grabbed the chain on Tatsuka's weapon and yanked her forward, swinging a punch at her face. Tatsuka parried just in time and the two leapt apart.
Warren stepped beside Tatsuka, both glaring at Yuna as she clutched her bleeding side, trying to heal.
"So?" Warren said coldly. "Care to explain how you're using four different elements and two weapons before we torture and kill you?"
Yuna gave a dark smile. "No need. I'll just send you both to hell."
"You'll regret that arrogance."
Elsewhere, Luna's duel with Shiro raged on. She attacked again, hurling her Star Blade using the same tactic as before — trying to shatter his diamond armor. But this time, Shiro dodged every strike.
The two stood facing each other, breath visible in the chill.
"I'm impressed," Luna said. "Didn't expect your armor to hold this long."
"You should expect to die. I haven't even started attacking yet," Shiro replied.
Blue energy surged from his diamond armor, spiraling around him like a storm.
He leapt forward, striking with clawed, armored fists. Luna countered with her Star Blade infused with air . The clash was fierce — but this time, Shiro's strike broke through, slashing her right side. Blood spilled as Luna blinked away using teleportation, clutching the wound.
Still healing with Yuna's blood, she sensed a new threat — a glacial avalanche conjured by Shiro. She countered with sonic waves, dispersing the ice storm, only to find him already charging again.
She blocked just in time — using both her Star Blade and her gas-pressure staff — barely fending off his relentless strikes.
Breathing heavily, she distanced herself using teleportation. But she noticed something strange — Shiro was tracking her, no matter how far she moved.
He's gathered so much of his Stone's power, she realized ' He can sense my aura '
Even as she tried healing her wound , Shiro closed in . He struck again , this time wounding her neck and throwing her to the ground .
He approached slowly , looming over her like death .
"I told you I hadn't used my full strength. Now, you can't run. I'll kill you with everything I've got."
Luna smiled weakly. "You're not the only one holding back."
Shiro laughed. "You're delirious. Look at you."
"No, I'm serious. You didn't even notice... my Star Blade."
" Your what?"
She lifted it. It had three blades now — not five. Shiro frowned. "You've been fighting with a weakened weapon to impress me or something?"
"No, you idiot," she replied. "To kill you."
Luna launched into the air, hurling her reduced Star Blade at him. Shiro blocked it easily — but then she appeared beside him, grabbing his armored arm.
He retaliated with a surge of power, sending pain ripping through her body. "Whatever foolish trick this is, it's useless. My power is hurting you."
She said nothing. Despite the pain, she used teleportation — multiple times — bringing Shiro along.
Suddenly, he found himself high in the sky. ' Why am I not falling?'
He looked down — he wasn't on the ground. Air power formed a platform under their feet, holding them aloft as if they stood on clouds.
"You brought me here to… show off?" he asked.
Luna's eyes glowed. "No. I brought you here to give you a gift."
A thunderous energy approached from above.
Shiro looked up — his eyes widened in horror.
Two missing blades from Luna's Star had been floating high above, charging with energy — and now, they were descending with a sphere of raw power behind them: fire from the sun, lightning from the storm clouds, air from the atmosphere.
Luna had been fighting while preparing a devastating, triple-elemental attack. She'd used her partial Star Blade to bait him, buying time while her real weapon charged overhead.
There was no escape.
Shiro gathered all his energy, covering his body with reinforced diamond, bracing for impact.
The collision shook the skies. His armor cracked — then shattered completely. He was hurled to the earth, limp and broken.
Luna descended, exhausted and bloodied, landing beside him.
"Did you like your gift?" she asked.
Shiro groaned. "A cursed gift from a cursed girl."
"You're in no position to insult me. I could send you to hell right now."
"You… took a huge risk fighting me while prepping that attack. But what I can't figure out is—how did you use three elements?"
"I did. Fire, air, lightning. How is none of your business."
"Damn you."
She struck him over the head with her staff, knocking him out. She raised her Star Blade to finish him off — but then—
Flaming arrows flew at her from behind.
Luna spun and blocked with her Star, just in time to see someone appear behind her, spear in hand. She parried again but was pushed away from Shiro's body.
Two warriors — Shiro's backups. One wielded fire, the other air.
The air user grabbed Shiro's limp body and teleported away. The fire user attacked again but Luna countered with the bone separator power, destroying his arrows.
She could have chased them — but she needed to check on Yuna first.
The fire wielder aimed one last arrow at her. But before he could fire, he saw Luna approaching slowly, calmly.
"You'd better disappear before I change my mind and kill you," she warned.
"You're injured, drained and—"
"Injured? Nothing serious. And I'll recover soon. So don't worry about me."
"You won't—"
"One… two…"
The fire user saw death in her eyes and didn't wait for three. He vanished.
Meanwhile, the battle between Yuna and her two enemies had intensified.
Tatsuka lunged with her fiery weapon but Yuna shattered it with her Ice Dismantling freezing and crumbling the blade. Tatsuka leapt back, shocked but Yuna pursued, launching arrows imbued with both water and lightning.
Tatsuka was struck and fell to the ground.
Warren intervened swiftly, whipping his metallic threads at Yuna. She jumped back, catching one strand mid-air. Then, without hesitation, she drove an arrow into the ground — anchoring his threads there.
' She's… planning something, ' Warren muttered, pulling his threads the opposite way.
Yuna fired two arrows at him. He dodged with teleportation. He knew her tricks now.
But Yuna was calm. As Warren prepared for another attack, he sneered, "Ready to die yet?"
"If you think words scare me, you're even dumber than you look."
"You'll learn real fear now."
His threads spun rapidly around his arms, glowing with wind energy. He appeared above her and struck.
Her shield shattered.
He slashed her leg — she bled.
Still, Yuna fled with graceful leaps, dodging his chase. But Warren taunted her cruelly, "Don't worry, Yuna. My threads will slice you up painlessly."
"A tempting offer, but I'll pass."
Suddenly, arrows again. He blocked them — then noticed Yuna was gone.
Pain.
A sharp jolt in his leg — another of her arrows.
He retaliated with full force. She blocked — barely — her shield breaking to pieces.
Yuna leapt into the air but was already bruised, bleeding from multiple attacks. Warren pursued her relentlessly.
He mocked, "Whatever you're doing… it's pointless."
Yuna smiled. "That's what you think. Look around you."
"Huh?"
He looked. Arrows surrounded him — embedded in the ground, forming a circle.
Suddenly, energy burst from them. Ice , air and thunder. A huge power
He tried to teleport — too late.
Yuna had launched a final barrage. He gathered all his strength, reinforcing his threads — but her arrows overwhelmed him.
Warren hit the ground, defeated, gasping.
Yuna approached, wounded but healing. She aimed her arrow at his heart.
"I admit it… you beat me," he said.
Yuna : " I know. Now die "
But before she released the arrow, a voice cut through the air:
"Stop, Yuna Ribwan!"
She turned to find Tatsuka, wounded, holding her friend Xiao hostage with a burning chain wrapped around her body.
Yuna froze. Her arrow lowered.
"Step away from him," Tatsuka ordered coldly. "Let my friend live, and I'll let yours live too."
Yuna's eyes narrowed, weighing her options for a brief moment before nodding. "Fine. You have a deal."
With that, Tatsuka let Xiao go and Yuna stepped away from Warren letting him live for now
Yuna rushed toward her friend, her voice softening as she knelt beside her.
Yuna : "Did they hurt you?"
Xiao : "Just a little… but I'm fine."
Yuna helped her sit up. "You need to get away from here. Don't let them discover where you're hiding—stay hidden until the battle is over. Trust me, I'll win this... unless something gets in my way."
"You're right. If I stay, I'll only be a burden. They might use me as a hostage again," Xiao replied, rising slowly. "I'll go hide somewhere far away."
Without another word, Xiao disappeared into the ruins, taking care not to leave a trace. She would not be caught again—not when Yuna was risking everything to protect her.
Meanwhile, Tatsuka had already reached Warren and begun tending to his injuries. She pulled out a small first aid kit from her belt pouch and began bandaging his wounds with practiced hands.
As she worked, she asked, "How did she defeat you, Warren?"
Warren exhaled deeply, his face pale. "She's stronger than we thought. And I have a feeling… she wasn't even using her full power."
"What do you mean?"
"Just what I said. I have a theory about her abilities—about how she's able to wield two weapons and command four elements simultaneously."
"What kind of theory?"
"It's related to—"
Before he could finish, Yuna's voice cut through the air like a blade.
"Hey! You two! Ready for another round ?"
Without waiting for an answer, she launched a barrage of fire arrows at them. Tatsuka reacted quickly, hurling her own fireballs in return. But Yuna's ice Dismantling ability sliced through the flames with ease as she leapt forward.
Tatsuka swung her weapon, its blade pulsing with energy but Yuna met it with her shield, blocking the strike and using the impact to push Tatsuka back. The clash of their powers shook the ground. Yuna had the upper hand—she was stronger.
Without hesitation, Yuna jumped high into the air, firing her electric arrows from above. Tatsuka tried to defend herself with her weapon but something unexpected happened—her feet had been frozen.
Yuna had discreetly attached her icy shield to Tatsuka's leg, freezing both of her feet to the ground. Immobilized, Tatsuka could only block a few of the incoming arrows; the rest pierced her defenses, some embedding deep in her body.
She gritted her teeth and yanked the arrows out—only to be hit by a powerful surge of electricity. Yuna had channeled lightning energy into the arrows, electrifying them even after impact.
Tatsuka's body convulsed violently, and she collapsed, unconscious.
From a distance, Warren stared in disbelief
'How…? How did she defeat both me and Tatsuka so easily? She didn't even seem that strong at first… but then, all at once, she changed. Her power… it exploded…'
Yuna stood over Tatsuka's fallen form, ice forming around her enemy's head. She raised her hand, preparing to shatter it—until someone intervened.
A man—a subordinate of Tatsuka and Warren—charged at her, swinging an axe infused with electric energy. Yuna blocked with her shield then froze his weapon and hands mid-attack. The man screamed in pain as the frost shattered both axe and bone.
As he fell back, Yuna noticed movement—a girl had appeared, using instant teleportation. She grabbed Tatsuka's body, vanishing again and reappearing beside Warren to pick him up as well.
But Yuna was faster.
She suddenly appeared in front of the teleporting girl and delivered a brutal kick, slamming her to the ground. The girl lost her grip on Tatsuka, though she held tightly onto Warren.
Yuna stepped forward, eyes blazing. She wasn't about to let either of them get away.
The injured man called out, "Take Master Warren and run!"
The woman said worrying
"But what about Lady Tatsuka? We can't just leave her—"
"Save one of them and escape!" he shouted, cutting her off.
Yuna assessed the situation coldly. "I won't let you escape."
The man, gathering what little strength he had left, launched a lightning-charged kick at Yuna while holding a weapon in his mouth. She dodged gracefully then struck him with a bolt of her own, knocking him out completely.
When she turned, the girl and Warren had vanished—teleported away.
Only Tatsuka remained, unconscious.
Yuna's gaze fell on the injured man—the one whose arms she had shattered earlier. He was still alive, though bleeding heavily.
"You may go," she said calmly. "I won't kill you."
The man, stunned by her mercy, nodded. "Alright… I'll leave."
He tried to stand but collapsed again, too weak. Yuna walked over and knelt beside him.
"Let me treat your wounds and stop the bleeding," she offered.
The man stared at her, expecting deceit—but her expression was sincere. She wasn't lying.
He extended his arms toward her, and she tended to his wounds, stopping the blood flow with her healing technique . He thanked her quietly and limped away.
Yuna then turned back to Tatsuka, standing over her unconscious body in silence, thinking.
Just then, a voice called out.
She turned—and saw Luna approaching.
The twins ran toward each other and embraced.
"So… you beat those two idiots, huh?" Luna asked with a grin.
Yuna smirked. "Yeah. Looks like you beat your opponent too."
"I did. But some of his lackeys saved him at the last second."
"Same here . But I didn't let them take the woman I fought—I think her name's Tatsuka."
"We should go check on Jayden and Melvin."
"You're right. Let's split up. I'll go to Jayden and you to Melvin."
"Deal. Let's move!"
With that, the two girls parted ways, each racing through the battlefield to assist their comrades.
