I Looked up as I stood before this massive tower that appeared to not have been made by human hands.
Supposedly an Ancient civilization once lived on this island and were the creators of the Pals here on the Palpagos Islands as they only appear here and nowhere else in the world from what I have learned.
Now as I stand before the tower I grip my gun tightly as I didn't have much ammo made when I got here, and in case I ran out I had the backup of my crossbow on hand at that.
[Your About to Enter the Rayne Syndicate Tower]
[Be prepared for a tough fight ahead]
[Time Limit of 10 Minutes to finish the Battle, passing the time limit results in a [KO] and will be forced to Respawn back at your base]
[Do you wish to Proceed? Y/N?]
'KO? Guess that like dying huh? And this world really is a game with a full respawning system, but at the same time I have no desire to feel pain so let's do this all at once.'
I though to myself before confirming before I was teleported right into the tower.
It felt like I appeared in a completely different world, the large platform seemed to be suspended in space with the stars in the sky above me.
'Is this really the inside of the tower? Or is this a different dimension altogether?' I wondered to myself as I walked slightly further onto the platform before a blue barrier blocked off my retreat.
"Well look what we have here, seems like some punk has decided to come in my territory to challenge my right to the tower!" I suddenly heard a woman's voice as I looked to see who it was.
Wearing an outfit that I would call punk style would be the simplest way to describe her along with twin ponytails with one side being dark purple and the other side being light pink.
"I don't know where you got that guts to come on in here and try to take my tower from me but don't think your going to get out of here unscathed!" She said as she held up a Palsphere and smirked at me.
"Teach him a lesson Grizzbolt!" She shouts out before tossing her Palsphere before a giant yellow furry pal with black electric bolts appeared all over his body.
Then she jumped up and hopped onto Grizzbolts back as the timer began to finally count down.
"Don't think your the only one with a ride in here!" I call out before tossing out my Palsphere and summoning Alpha Mammorest and jumping onto her back as I made a Mammorest Saddle so I could ride on her back.
"Show them what we're made of Grizzbolt!"
"Crush them Mammorest!"
"Griiizzzz!!!"
"Bawooo!!!"
Hearing us call out to them both charged at each other and then slammed into one another, but because of the type disadvantage Grizzbolt was soon being pushed back.
"Damn it! Grizzbolt don't give up! Use Lightning Bolt!" She shouts out to her companion.
"Grizz-Bolt!" Soon enough a large lightning bolt strikes us which takes a chunk out of my shields health but it has little effect on Mammorest.
"Mammorest Use Earth Impact!" I shout out as Earth energy begins to surround her before she lifts up and stands on her hind legs.
"Bawoo!!!" She cries out before slamming both of her front legs downward hard causing a massive earthquake to effect the entire platform which sends Grizzbolt flying back along with Zoe as they took heavy damage.
"Grizzbolt! Grrr, I'm not going down like this!" She shouts out before pulling out a large rifle and takes aim at us.
Seeing this I was alarmed as I felt getting shot by that would do massive damage, "Mammorest use [Dust Storm]!" I call out to which she begins stomping around causing the ground to project out a tone of sand/dust that reduced visibility.
"Don't think that would make me miss!" She shouted out before taking her shot and shooting at me.
"Bawoooo!!!" However she misses when shooting at me and instead she shoots Mammorest who loses 10% of her health from that shot alone.
"Don't think I'm just going to sit there and let you shoot at my Mammorest!" I shout out and take out my gun and begin dumping my magazine at her only for Grizzbolt to block the shots.
"Gr-grizzz…." Grizzbolt slumped over after taking those attack before slowly losing consciousness and becoming knocked out.
"Grizzbolt!" She shouted out and tried to wake Grizzbolt up but to no avail as she was completely out cold.
I soon hopped off Mammorest and pulled her back into my Palsphere, 'Guess I over prepared for this tower then.' I thought to myself as I approached Zoe who was holding the unconscious Grizzbolt with tears in her eyes.
She looked at me with anger and tears in her eyes before looking back at her Pal and sighed, "Alright…. You won, now leave us alone…." She says sadly as she looks over her downed Grizzbolt.
Soon enough I'm teleported away and arrive on top of the Rayne Syndicate Tower where the Tower Token was located which I went up to and grabbed.

[New Recipes in the Tech Tree now Unlocked]
I was bombarded with notifications from my Paldeck before putting it away and looking down from above at the world below.
I turned and saw the massive tree way off in the distance, that seemed to be the key to leaving and if not that me reclaiming my memories of who I really am.
"One Tower Down, Six more to go." I said before touching the statue and teleporting on my way back home.
But all across the Palapagos Island the other Tower guardians felt the change as one of the Towers was captured by a new unknown master.
For now all they could do was wait and prepare for whatever the future holds, meanwhile I returned home to relax and see what new gains I have recieved from this excursion to take down my first Tower here on the Palpagos Islands.
