"I think it's time for us to leave, Monica."
Back in their room, Luke voiced what he believed was the best course of action if they wanted a peaceful life.
What happened just moments ago was still revolving in his head and Luke woke be lying to say he has let go of the frustration.
There were some lines he couldn't allow someone to cross but Terek did.
The only reason Luke didn't do anything about it was because of Monica.
"But Luke..." Monica began, only to fall silent moments later.
Luke pulled her into his arms.
"I'm not acting impulsively," he assured her. "You can't force someone to respect others. And that man doesn't respect anyone, especially you. I can't stand that."
Holding her close, he continued,
"And since he'll be staying here for a long time, it's better if we leave sooner rather than later."
Monica considered his words.
What he said was true.
