Not long after that conversation, Caroline followed Allen to his workspace.
At first, she was a bit shocked to realize that her friend had been in this room the whole time—resting inside a strange, purple liquid that made her body faintly glow, almost like she was suspended in some kind of experimental stasis.
However, instead of getting angry or reacting negatively, Caroline actually looked amazed by what she was seeing. That was partly because she trusted that Allen would never harm one of his own women.
"Wow…" Caroline muttered softly, placing her hand against the glass of the tank where Sienna's body currently rested.
"Alright, are you done admiring it? How about you take off your clothes and get in here now," Allen said, gesturing toward another fusion tank he had already prepared for Caroline.
That immediately made Caroline glance at him, as if suspecting that the man in front of her was just looking for an excuse to see her naked body.
Even so, she didn't say anything. She simply fell silent, then calmly removed her clothes and stepped into the fusion tank without hesitation.

Meanwhile, at the Pentagon, members of The Family—specifically Simmons—were busy constructing a new lab at the facility. He was preparing the place because he was confident he would soon obtain samples of the T-Virus and G-Virus from Ada. Naturally, he planned to use these viruses for his own gain, to strengthen his influence within the Federation.
However, not long after, he received a phone call from his assistant—one that brought unpleasant news. His expression immediately darkened upon hearing it. According to the report, his main rival, Ron Davis, had already obtained samples of the T-Virus along with the related data. In fact, Ron had already requested federal funding to establish his own facility for producing biological weapons. He even had combat data from previous bio-weapon engagements.
"Can you try contacting him? I need to speak with him," Simmons said to his assistant.
[Sorry, sir, but I've already tried. Senator Davis has refused to meet with anyone today,] the assistant replied over the phone.
Simmons clenched his jaw in frustration, then slammed the phone against the table.
"FUCK!" he roared, pounding his fist on the desk repeatedly.
After a moment, he calmed himself down. He still had Ada—and he was confident that soon enough, she would send him the T-Virus and G-Virus samples he needed.
All he could do this time was be patient and wait.
Meanwhile, Ron Davis was currently holding a meeting with the Elders of The Family. His face was beaming with joy, as the sample he had brought made the Elders pleased and led them to approve his proposal to build his own facility. He was even rewarded with several properties from The Family to help fund the construction of the facility he wanted.
More importantly, the project that Simmons had been planning to build at the Pentagon facility had been put on hold. The Family wanted to wait until Simmons delivered the G-Virus sample he had promised them.
And a few hours later, Simmons received the news — and it only fueled his frustration. To make matters worse, Ada hadn't sent him any updates about her mission.
"Find out who Ron's working with to get that T-Virus sample," Simmons ordered one of his men standing nearby.
At first, he had managed to stay calm even after hearing that Ada was living with a man named Allen — he had even planned to eliminate Allen when the time came to strike against Umbrella. But now, because of Ron Davis — that fat bastard who always tried to compete with him in everything — his anger finally exploded.
"Sir… the spy we sent to monitor Ron Davis seems to be unreachable," said Simmons's assistant hesitantly. "I've received information that the spy is dead. It's likely Senator Ron Davis discovered his identity and had him eliminated."
"Then plant a new spy, damn it!" Simmons snapped angrily. "And make sure that spy reports every single thing Ron Davis does — even when the bastard goes to the bathroom, got it?"
"Understood, sir," his assistant replied nervously, clearly intimidated whenever his superior lost his temper like this.

The next morning, back in Raccoon City—Sienna and Caroline had just finished their fusion process, and both could feel raw energy surging through their bodies. It was as if they could kill a cow with their bare hands.
"Wow, Allen, this is amazing!" Sienna exclaimed excitedly, bouncing up and down with ease—though her head nearly hit the apartment ceiling.
"Okay, Sienna, can you not do that while completely naked?" Caroline said, already putting her clothes back on. Well, she was pretty embarrassed by her friend's antics right now.
"Well, I guess there's nothing wrong with either of you. Your conditions are perfect, so you're free to go and do whatever you want now," Allen said, clearly enjoying the beautiful view in front of him.
"Okay, thank you, Allen. Sienna, let's go. The others are probably waiting for us," Caroline said before quickly heading out of the apartment.
"Okay, okay, wait for me!" Sienna replied as she hurried to put on her clothes. Before leaving, she leaned in and kissed Allen. "Bye-bye! Don't worry, I'll definitely come back," she said with a playful wink before running off to catch up with Caroline.
Not long after, Caroline and Sienna arrived at Raccoon City University. "Hey, where have you two been all day? You're just showing up now," asked Marissa Ronson, one of the female members of Echo Six. She was a bit confused as to why her two friends looked somewhat different. Well, they didn't look strange, but they actually looked more beautiful than before.
"We were at Allen's apartment all day," said Sienna, who didn't seem to hide this fact from her female friend.
"Ohhh… so you two went to see that handsome guy and didn't invite me?" she said in a slightly disappointed tone.
"Oh right, by the way, did you succeed—I mean, are you and Allen official now?" Marissa asked, clearly curious about Sienna's relationship status, since she knew Sienna had feelings for Allen.
"Yeah, something like that," Sienna said, nodding slightly, looking happy.
"Really? Wow, congrats! By the way, we should celebrate this—you're treating me to drinks later," said Marissa, feeling genuinely happy about Sienna's relationship progress.
"Okay, we should talk inside," said Caroline, cutting off the conversation since they were talking in a crowded area.
"Alright, alright, let's go inside then," said Marissa, who still seemed curious about what exactly Sienna and Caroline had been doing at Allen's place.

Meanwhile, in one of Umbrella's underground lab facilities, a man named Frederic Downing—one of Umbrella's core researchers—was in the middle of a phone call.
On the other end of the line was Senator Ron Davis, offering him a job.
"Sure, maybe we can work together—but will I get paid more than what I'm making at Umbrella now?" Frederic asked. He knew his own worth. He was a senior researcher, deeply involved with the T-Virus and G-Virus projects that Dr. William had been working on.
"If you can deliver the latest research results on the G-Virus, I'll recruit you into WP Corporation and pay you more than your current salary. We'll also help erase your criminal traces so you can enjoy your money in peace," Ron Davis said over the phone.
"Fine, but I'll need more time. I'll look for an opening to get what you want. But send an escort as soon as possible—I'm afraid Umbrella will notice my movements and come after me," Frederic whispered.
Lately, the lab had been feeling off. Some of the guards were being replaced one by one, and he had a growing suspicion that he was being watched. He had also noticed something strange about William recently, and rumors of a conflict between William and Spencer had already started spreading among the researchers. Frederic could tell that something big was about to happen—after all, with William's arrogance, there was no way he would hand over his research without a fight.
"Alright, that can be arranged. I'll send skilled CIA agents as your escort so you won't run into trouble on the way," Ron Davis replied.
"Okay, I'll contact you next week if I secure the special sample you want. I want one billion… no, make that ten billion for the sample," Frederic said, sounding much more eager now.
"I'll give you forty billion," Ron said calmly.
Frederic nearly choked at the offer. "…Alright, deal."
"Good. I'll be waiting for good news from you," Senator Ron Davis said before ending the call.
After Ron hung up the phone, he felt quite satisfied with the results and the plan he had in mind — everything seemed to be going smoothly, and that made him very happy. Not long after, his assistant entered his office.
"Sir, Simmon has been trying to contact you for the past few days. Do you want to respond?" the assistant asked politely.
"Hahaha, that skinny guy wants to talk to me? Tell him I don't have time to entertain him," Ron Davis replied casually. He actually enjoyed the idea of clashing with Simmon, even without Allen's prompting — to Ron, Simmon had always been a pest he never liked.
"Are you sure? I mean, sir, wouldn't it be bad if we started a conflict with him too early?" the assistant asked, sounding a little nervous.
"Nah… it's fine. Besides, I'm sure Simmons's position in The Family will collapse soon, and I'll have the chance to take his place," Ron said confidently.
"All right, sir," the assistant replied, then left Ron's office.
Right now, Ron began thinking about his future plans, and it seemed he was starting to get interested in building a harem of his own, just like Allen had done.
"Hmmm… but first, I need to get that G-Virus sample. The women can come later," Ron said as he got up and left his office.

Meanwhile, Allen was currently patrolling with Leon. But this time, they weren't patrolling around the outskirts of the city; instead, they were patrolling around the sports stadium area in Raccoon City. Yeah, that's because today was the day of the Super Bowl game being held in this city.
"Wow, I really didn't expect this city to be this crowded," said Leon.
"Well, you're still new here, so of course you haven't had the chance to explore the city yet. Okay, how about we stop by a pastry shop to buy some donuts first? I'm pretty sure we'll be patrolling for quite a while around here," said Allen.
And of course, Leon just followed Allen obediently.
However, not long after, they saw a sexy woman with long blonde hair and bangs covering one of her eyes in trouble. It seemed that a group of thugs was trying to flirt with her while attempting to touch her sexy body.
"Please, someone help me!" the woman shouted, asking for help from the people around her. But she also glanced several times toward Allen, as if she had already chosen her target.
Allen, seeing that, of course didn't just stand there. He looked at Leon and said, "Well, Rookie, let's go help that woman. How about this time you take the lead?" said Allen while pointing toward the woman.
Leon nodded, actually quite excited about this task. "Ah, yeah," he said, then walked forward toward the thugs.
"Hey! You guys better stop right there, or we're going to have to arrest you!" shouted Leon.
Meanwhile, Allen, who was following Leon, just nodded and gave him a thumbs-up from behind to cheer him on.
The thugs, realizing that the ones trying to stop them were actually police officers, immediately decided to run away from the scene. Leon, who saw the thugs flee the moment they noticed him, felt a little disappointed — they didn't even put up a fight and just ran off.
"Well, nice work, Leon."
"Should we go after them?" asked Leon.
"Well, for now, I don't think that's necessary. Besides, we can't just go around arresting people without a clear reason," said Allen, then turned his gaze toward the woman they had just helped.
"Are you alright, ma'am?" Allen asked, checking on her condition. He felt like the woman seemed oddly familiar. Wait… isn't she a character from one of the games? But which one again? he thought to himself.
"I'm fine, thank you for helping me," the woman said gratefully, smiling at the two officers who had come to her rescue.
"You're welcome, ma'am. It's part of our job. By the way, my name's Leon… Leon Kennedy," Leon said, sounding a bit excited. He was clearly trying to take the chance to get to know the woman better.
Yeah, at this point in time, Leon was still young and full of spirit—far from the man he would become in Resident Evil 4, hardened by countless trials, grief, and heartbreak after being manipulated by Ada.
"Ahh, my name's Rachel… Rachel Foley. You can just call me Rachel, by the way. And thank you so much for saving me," she said, introducing herself to both of them while once again expressing her gratitude.
Then, her eyes shifted toward Allen, her expression softening with a hint of awe. His strikingly handsome face and those beautiful green eyes—glimmering faintly like tiny stars—made it hard for a woman like her to resist his charm.
"Hmm… officer, may I know your name?" Rachel asked, her tone noticeably gentler now.
Of course, Leon noticed the change in her attitude and couldn't help but feel a bit jealous of his senior. Still, he knew there was no helping it—competing with someone like Allen was practically impossible.
"My name's Allen—Allen Winter. Nice to meet you, Miss Rachel," Allen replied politely, a knowing smile on his lips.
By now, he had already remembered who this beautiful and alluring woman was. 'She was a CIA agent—the one who died early in Resident Evil: Revelations 2.
Yeah… her fate had been pretty unfortunate, to say the least.'
