'That brat just used iron sand. Is that the Magnet Release Bloodline Limit?'
Hibiki Kido's eyes widened, his dark, six-armed body trembling with disbelief as he stared at the dissipating white smoke where his giant summon used to be.
At the same time, a terrifying question plagued his mind.
What the hell was that speed and physical strength?!
It was completely unscientific. It wasn't standard Body Flicker or Taijutsu! He had encountered Magnet Release users from Sunagakure before; they stood in the backlines and manipulated sand. They didn't teleport across the battlefield and uppercut giant spiders thirty feet into the air!
"What... what exactly are you using?!" Hibiki couldn't help but yell.
"Magnet Release. The fundamental force of planetary magnetism. Isn't it amazing?" Kiyohara replied calmly, turning back to face the six-armed ninja.
Now that the giant spider was dead, Hibiki couldn't continuously spawn smaller spiders to control the battlefield.
Moreover, Kiyohara already possessed absolute tactical intelligence on the opponent's Secret Techniques.
The abilities used by the Six-Armed Spider Clan are classified as Hiden—Secret Techniques. These are jutsu that require a highly specific, mutant physique to execute, passed down strictly through bloodlines. Outsiders simply cannot imitate them.
A true Kekkei Genkai involves the genetic fusion of chakra natures. Hiden involves physical mutation—like the Uchiha's eyes, the Kaguya's bones, or the Spider Clan's extra limbs and internal web glands.
Because Kiyohara knew the entire arsenal of the Sound Four's Kidomaru from his past life, he knew exactly how Hibiki fought.
With an absolute advantage in speed, physical strength, chakra capacity, and tactical intelligence... Kiyohara wondered how Hibiki could possibly survive the next thirty seconds.
Furthermore, if Kiyohara truly found himself in mortal danger, he could simply allow the Iwa Spirit to possess him, unleashing the absolute defense of Steel Release to tank any lethal blow.
"Magnetic force?!" Hibiki roared in anger, feeling utterly looked down upon.
Although he hadn't received a proper, systematic ninja education, he wasn't an idiot. How could magnetic fields increase physical punching power?!
"You arrogant brat... go to hell!"
Hibiki spat out a thick wad of mucus, but this time, it wasn't white spider silk.
Instead, it was a highly viscous fluid that glistened with a heavy, golden hue. His six flexible arms moved in a blur, catching the fluid and rapidly molding it into shape.
Kiyohara raised an eyebrow. He recognized this instantly as Spider Sticky Gold.
The Spider Clan possesses a unique physiological trait: they produce an organic, golden metal inside their bodies, secreted from their mouths like saliva or extruded through their pores like sweat. The metal is highly malleable when first secreted, allowing them to rapidly forge weapons mid-combat. Upon exposure to oxygen, the gold hardens instantly, achieving a density tougher than tempered steel.
'That definitely saves a lot of money on shuriken costs,' Kiyohara thought dryly, watching Hibiki manually forge a dozen golden kunai and hurl them toward him with terrifying force.
Unlike the Spider Clan, Kiyohara's Iron Sand required him to actively locate iron deposits in the earth and refine them.
"Wind Release: Great Breakthrough!"
A powerful, highly compressed whirlwind erupted from Kiyohara's mouth. The gale-force wind swept up the fallen leaves and dirt, violently blowing away the incoming golden shuriken and shredding the nearly invisible, tripwire silk Hibiki had hidden in the air.
Simultaneously, Kiyohara vanished, utilizing the repulsive force of his magnetic field to move at supersonic speeds.
Hibiki frantically spat out a massive, highly dense white spider web, erecting it like a massive shield to block the residual impact of the Wind Release.
All six of his arms waved frantically, shooting thick cables of spider silk at Kiyohara's afterimages from every conceivable angle. The silks crisscrossed in the air, weaving a massive, inescapable birdcage designed to trap the boy completely.
"Magnet Release: Iron Sand Shower!"
Kiyohara naturally wouldn't wait to be captured. The iron sand he had secreted around his perimeter instantly transformed into hundreds of fine, jagged needles, shooting outward in all directions like an explosive downpour!
Clang! Clang! Clang!
Crisp metallic ringing echoed as the iron needles collided with the ultra-tough spider silk. Most of the needles were deflected or got stuck in the adhesive, but the sheer volume of the barrage successfully tore several massive gaps in the contracting web barrier.
'I absolutely cannot let this monster get close to me,' Hibiki's eyes narrowed. He used his six arms to grip the surrounding tree trunks, rapidly maneuvering through the canopy like a true arachnid.
On the ground, Kakashi and Rin were practically holding their breath.
'That speed... that raw kinetic strength...' Kakashi's scarlet Sharingan darted wildly, barely managing to capture Kiyohara's movements even with the eye's precognitive dynamic vision.
In this chaotic, high-speed scenario, Kakashi couldn't rashly step forward to assist. He had dismissed his original idea of using Fire Release to burn the webs, terrified of accidentally incinerating Kiyohara in the crossfire.
As for Rin, her ordinary civilian eyes could only see two blurs flashing through the dark forest.
Facing Hibiki, who was using the vertical terrain to constantly evade and weave traps, Kiyohara's tactical choice was brutally simple.
He didn't bother dodging the webs.
He stomped his foot fiercely against the dirt, the sheer compressive force cracking the bedrock beneath him.
Accelerated by the absolute repulsion of the earth's magnetic field, his body shot upward like a railgun projectile. He ripped straight through the sticky spider silk attempting to block his path and charged directly at Hibiki's main body!
"!"
Hibiki panicked, seeing the boy closing the distance in a fraction of a second.
He stopped moving, abruptly retracted all six of his arms over his chest, and engaged his ultimate defense.
"Ninja Art: Sticky Gold Armor!"
Instantly, the dark, liquid-like substance rapidly secreted from every pore on his body, coating his entire skin and instantly hardening upon contact with the air!
His body became encased in a solid, terrifyingly thick layer of golden armor, gleaming with a cold luster in the moonlight.
This was the absolute pinnacle of the Spider Clan's Hiden. The armor was non-conductive, providing flawless defense against chakra-based attacks—especially the Hyuga Clan's internal strikes.
Hibiki had absolute, arrogant confidence that even if Kiyohara's fist was coated in highly condensed chakra, he couldn't crack the gold!
Hibiki opened his mouth, preparing to spit a massive, point-blank glob of sticky gold directly into Kiyohara's face the moment the boy's strike failed.
"Kiyohara, be careful! That armor is blocking his chakra network!" Kakashi shouted a frantic warning from below.
However, Kiyohara didn't slow down.
His right fist, carrying the unstoppable, crushing momentum of magnetic acceleration, slammed directly into Hibiki's crossed, golden arms.
His fist was not coated in dazzling chakra light. There was only a layer of hyper-compressed, invisible magnetic force warping the air around his knuckles.
BOOM!
The arrogant sneer on Hibiki's face instantly froze, twisting into a mask of absolute, agonizing horror.
The chakra he had gathered in his throat was violently scattered by a massive geyser of blood erupting from his mouth.
CRACK.
The deafening sound of shattering metal echoed through the quiet forest.
The Sticky Gold Armor—which he boasted could withstand point-blank explosive tags and high-level ninjutsu—shattered into a thousand jagged pieces.
"AGGGHHHH!"
Hibiki screamed miserably. His six arms were violently pulverized, twisting at horrific, unnatural angles. The sickening crunch of his entire ribcage collapsing resounded through the clearing.
He was launched backward like a broken ragdoll fired from a cannon. His body tore through the canopy, snapping three massive tree trunks in half before finally crashing heavily into the dirt, kicking up a massive crater of dust and debris.
For a long moment, the only sound in the dark mountain forest was the rustling of the wind blowing through the shattered leaves.
Rin stared blankly at Kiyohara, who was still suspended mid-air in his punching posture, and then looked at the smoking crater fifty yards away where the enemy lay motionless.
The shock in her heart was indescribable.
One punch.
He broke an elite Jonin's absolute defense with a single punch.
Seeing the enemy neutralized, Kakashi silently pulled his headband down to cover his Sharingan, conserving his exhausted chakra. He was profoundly startled by the sheer, unadulterated violence of Kiyohara's physical strength.
It took Rin a long time to find her voice. "Kiyohara... are... are you okay?"
Kiyohara slowly lowered his fist. He exhaled a long breath of heated air, and the warping magnetic force around his arm dissipated.
He dropped gracefully to the forest floor and turned around. "I'm fine."
He walked over to where Rin was still pinned to the tree.
"Let me untie you."
He manipulated the ambient iron sand, forming thin, vibrating razor blades, and carefully sawed through the thick spider silk binding her arm. Having lost the continuous supply of Hibiki's chakra, the tensile strength of the silk had plummeted, allowing the iron to slice through it easily.
"I feel like you've gotten significantly stronger again, Kiyohara," Kakashi noted quietly.
Since entering the coastal battlefield, Kakashi felt that Kiyohara's chakra reserves and neural reaction speed were mutating daily. Although Kakashi was confident he could have eventually killed an enemy like Hibiki with a well-timed Chidori, his lack of intelligence on the enemy's Hiden had put him at a massive tactical disadvantage.
The fact that Kiyohara was able to flawlessly analyze and execute the enemy alone, in under thirty seconds, was terrifying.
Rin rubbed her bruised wrist, her gaze turning toward the smoking crater. Her instincts as a Medical Ninja took over.
"Is he... is he still alive? Do we need to transport him back to the outpost for interrogation?"
"He still has a pulse," Kiyohara nodded coldly. "Rin, please stabilize his injuries. Try to keep him breathing. He comes from a prominent mercenary clan in the Land of Rice Fields; his brain holds a lot of valuable geopolitical intelligence."
"I understand," Rin immediately ran over to the crater.
When she slid down into the dirt and saw the massive, sunken fist-print caving in his chest, surrounded by the fragmented shards of golden armor, she gasped. She found it hard to comprehend the terrifying, monstrous kinetic power contained in Kiyohara's arm.
She composed herself. The vibrant green light of the Mystical Palm Technique glowed on her hands as she began emergency triage.
Kakashi walked up to stand beside Kiyohara, watching Rin work furiously to stop the internal bleeding.
"Was that... punch... also an application of Magnet Release?" Kakashi asked in a low voice.
"More or less," Kiyohara replied ambiguously.
Inside the mental space, the Iwa Spirit was equally fascinated. He had watched the entire execution from the Urn.
"That taijutsu technique of yours is incredibly brutal," the Iwa Spirit noted. "Is that a magnetic variation of my Rock Fist Technique? Did you develop that yourself, or is that an inheritance from another timeline?"
"Another timeline," Kiyohara replied mentally. "He was an absolute madman, but a genius in kinetic application."
Capturing a high-value mercenary like Hibiki alive would earn the squad a massive payout of military merit points. The Land of Rice Fields was currently suspected of accepting covert funding from Iwagakure to harass Konoha's northern borders. Handing him over to the T&I Division would undoubtedly extract critical intelligence regarding Iwa's supply lines.
"I... I might not be able to save him," Rin called out from the crater, her hands covered in blood. "Most of his internal organs are completely pulverized. The hydrostatic shockwave from the punch bypassed his armor and ruptured his cardiovascular system."
"It doesn't matter if he flatlines," Kiyohara said clinically. "Just stabilize the brain stem. Hand him over to the Yamanaka Clan at the Interrogation Division. In this world, even a corpse can talk."
In the ninja world, bodies are strict military assets. A corpse can reveal unique clan ninjutsu, genetic chakra natures, and the chemical composition of special combat drugs. Once an enemy dies, their body must be completely processed or incinerated to prevent intelligence leaks.
Hearing this brutal reality, Rin swallowed hard and continued pumping medical chakra into Hibiki's failing heart.
'What a poor bastard,' Kiyohara thought, searching Hibiki's scattered belongings.
Aside from a few crumpled Ryo notes, the guy had absolutely nothing of value. No armor, no steel weapons, no scrolls. Everything he used in combat was biologically woven from his own spider silk, which rapidly dissolved into useless dust once his chakra supply ceased.
