"I want to go too," Lucien said, his voice determined.
Veyra rubbed his forehead, with a helpless expression appearing on his face. "Aren't you supposed to be entering hibernation soon? Starting in a few days, your body will start to weaken, and you will start to grow extremely tired until you fall into a deep slumber. Are you sure you still want to go?"
"It's gonna be really dangerous out there. You should have heard of the recent rumors spreading around the city," he continued.
Lucien's eyes followed the direction Celeste had gone, his expression gentle but determined. "I want to stay with her for a little longer…"
On the other side, Celeste was busy packing her belongings, preparing for the leave tomorrow. Of course, she is not going to Crocodile City just for fun, although that is one of the main reasons.
