AMARIS
Not going to Ryker's room despite everything in me screaming to go was the hardest battle I have had to fight.
My wolf wanted to, she screamed and pounced on my chest, almost pleading for me to go to his room.
But between Alpha Corvin telling me that he would be planting his seed in me in three days and having to deal with Ryker simultaneously I had decided to sit this one out.
I had decided. That was before he knocked on the door and all the decisions seized to exist.
I stared at Ryker and knew with absolute certainty that I was fucked.
Well, I already knew that the second I smelled him outside my door and opened it anyway instead of pretending to be asleep like a smart person would have done. But standing here now with him looking at me like I was his next meal made the reality of my terrible decision-making skills hit a lot harder.
"Ryker, can you please leave?" I tried, already knowing it was useless.
