"thoughts and Text" 'mid dialogue actions'
A Goblin opened its mouth and sank its teeth into Demos' other leg as Demos made a grunt in pain. Demos was going to attack the goblin that was latched onto his leg, but the other two goblins jumped onto Demos, knocking him to his back. The goblin that knocked him down gets on his arms, keeping him from moving, while the one that's on his leg moves and starts using its sharp fingernails to start clawing at his chest. With each claw, he grunts in pain and sees the goblin's hands getting more bloodied from it, tearing into his chest. The goblin on Demos' chest raises its hands as it sees its fingernails tear into his flesh, and he lets out a scream. He also sees the goblin's fingernails have a blue glow. He tries to move his hands, and when he does, he sees the goblin's skin that's touching his. The goblin on his chest tears into Demos' chest again. A robotic voice comes from his bracelet.
Braclet: You have taken substantial damage. Would you like to be teleported out?
Demon: NO, "I need to find a way to escape it. Why are the goblins only using mana when they are about to attack or when I am moving.... wait... do they just have a little mana so they are trying to preserve it? Only one way to test it."
Demos sends mana into his right arm and hand as he moves his right hand to the goblin on his chest, as the goblin on his right arm tried to hold Demos down but he can push the goblin off as his right hand curls into a fist as he puches the goblin in the head denting it and kill it as it get sent a a few feet away, then he grabs the goblin in his left arm by its left leg and tosses it a few feet away, Demos tries to get up but the goblin he pushed aside to get his right free, as a; ready recoved as it clawed his back as he swings his right arm as he hits the gobling in the chest as he hears a few cracks as it gets flown back a few feet, Demos gets back up as he turn around and sees the two Goblins have regrouped. Both of the Goblins run towards Demos as Demos foucses his mana on each of his fingertips and when the goblins are inrange he grabs the goblin on the right, head as he pushes his fingers down with all of his strength as his fingers go thorught the goblin skull killing it, the other goblin scratches Demos side, he pulls out his fingers from the dead goblin head and balls his fingers into a fist as he punches the goblin head making it dent killing them as Demos takes some deep breaths, as the realizeation of what he did and how brutal he did it, hit him. He slightly raises his hands, and he looks down at them and sees they are covered in blood and brain matter, as he has his usual neutral expression.
Demos: "I've killed, yet I feel nothing..... I acted on instinct, and I have taken their lives, they were monsters, but still I feel nothing..... no, that's not right, I do feel something.... I feel good... happy even.... but... why..... WHY..... why do I feel good.... whats wrong with me?.... but I helped humanity by killing those monsters, so is that why I feel happy? I think so... NO that has to be so.... If not, then I'm a monster."
Meanwhile
In a high-rise apartment, to be more specific, in an office room on the very top floor, as it has a wooden book shelf on the right and in the middle is a light brown woodent tabled witha black computer on it and a black chair, as a man in shadows covering everything about him is on the chair as he speaks in soothing voice.
???: Looks like my egg hatched..... hopefully the hatchling doesn't die, or I would have to start again.... Ruge, what are your thoughts?
From behind the man, a giant dark red centipede turns visible as it clicks its mandibles in response.
???: You think it will survive? hmmm I wonder if my Other has started.... Mari go check
Nothing in the room changed except that a shadow in the corner gets lighter.
Meanwhile With Demos
Its currently nearing midnight as he found and fought goblins the whole time, as he just has his black pants and shoes on, he threw his shirt away as its too ripped, his body and legs are coverd with deep and light scratches and bites, he reaches the house and sees all of the lights turned off as he stumbles as he reaches as he goes to knock as he hesitates but he follows through, as he hears Catherina voice.
Catherina: Enter
He opens the door and slowly enters.
Demos: Do you know how to patch up wounds?
Catherina: Uh, yeah,eah come sit on the bed, there are a few medkits in the kitchen, and I'll go get it
She leaves, and Shinn walks and sits on the bed, as he can finally relax his entire body. After a bit, Catherina enters, holding a medkit.
Catherina: How did you get all these injuries?
Demos: I was fighting some goblins.... this was my first time fighting real creatures
Catherina: First time? This may hurt. How many did you kill?
She cleans the wounds and starts to stitch them up.
Demos: I killed... around 50 goblins... ouch
Catherina: Stay still or I'm going to mess up.... at least you're getting points, me and the others went exploring to see what's all around. As North and South are just shore, West is the ocean, and East is a forest, and when you're deep in the forest, and you go right, there is a plains, but if you go left is a less dense forest
Demos: Well, I found the goblins in a plains, so I guess I went there
