A Life in DC

Chapter 13 - Part 4

We saw enough.

Stephanie lowered the binoculars and wiped rain off her face with the back of her glove. Her cheeks were flushed under the mask, visible even in the dim yellow spill from the distant pier lights. She shifted her weight and the Spoiler suit pulled tighter across her full tits and the thick curve of her ass. "Enough is one word for it. Jesus, Cass. I thought the raid audio was bad. That was… live. Right in front of us. All three of them. On their knees at the end. Marked. Still hungry. And he just walked away."

Cassandra's eyes stayed on the warehouse door the Queens had used. Rain dripped from her chin in a steady line. She signed again, slower this time, making sure each gesture was clear.

Strong. They wanted him. Badly. Still do. Catwoman forced the words. The others hated it. Still took everything he gave.

Stephanie let out a quiet breath that fogged briefly in the cold air. "Babs is going to lose it when she hears the full version. She already had the body-cam from the earlier stuff and the office audio with Montoya. This is the next level. He's not just some flatfoot who got lucky with pollen or a one-time thing. Those three are addicted. You saw the way Catwoman made him say it. Favorite. Out loud. In front of the other two. And they still stayed on their knees after."

Cassandra gave a small nod. Rain ran down the black material over her firm ass and powerful thighs. She signed:

He controls it. They think they do. They don't. He decides when it starts. He decides when it stops. They follow.

Stephanie shifted again, thick thighs pressing together under the wet suit for a second before she forced them apart. The movement made her full D-cup tits strain against the purple-and-black fabric. "We're supposed to be investigating him. Professionally. Gathering intel. And instead we're up here in the rain watching him fuck three of Gotham's most dangerous women into the floor and then walk away like he just finished a shift at the precinct. I can still hear Harley calling him Daddy. It's stuck in my head. The way her voice went high when he was inside her. The way Ivy talked about the Green while she was getting railed. The way Selina looked at him when she made him say it."

Cassandra's mouth twitched in the closest thing she usually gave to a smile. It was gone almost immediately. She signed:

You want to test him. Not just watch. Test.

Stephanie didn't deny it. Her thick thighs pressed together again under the suit. Water ran down between her full tits. "I want to know what the hell he's packing that turns trained killers into that. Catwoman. Poison Ivy. Harley Quinn. All three of them negotiating quiet time so they can keep getting fucked on a schedule. And I want to know before Ivy or Selina decide the two-week quiet period is optional and go back to making the city scream. If Zodiac is already moving, we don't have time to keep sitting on rooftops taking notes."

They stayed on the roof another five minutes, watching the warehouse for any sign the Queens might double back. Nothing moved except the rain and the occasional shift of a loose piece of metal in the wind. The residual heat from what they had witnessed still sat under Stephanie's skin. Cassandra remained still, only her eyes tracking the dark. Finally Cassandra signed that they should leave before the storm got heavier and the visibility dropped further. Stephanie nodded. They crossed the rooftops in the direction of the Clock Tower, silent and fast, the image of the three women on their knees—marked, breathing hard, still looking at him—still clear behind their eyes.

Inside the Clock Tower the air was warm and dry and smelled like electronics, old coffee, and the running servers. Barbara Gordon sat at the main console, red hair pulled back in a tight ponytail, dark tactical top stretched across her full breasts. One monitor still showed the frozen waveform from the Kane Street raid audio. Another had traffic-cam loops of the docks from earlier in the night, grainy and rain-streaked. She turned her chair when the two of them came through the upper entrance, rain still dripping from their suits onto the metal flooring.

"You're late," Barbara said. Her voice was steady but her cheeks carried a faint flush that hadn't been there when they left. The tactical top pulled tight across her full breasts as she leaned forward slightly. "I tracked residual geometric energy near the pier twenty minutes ago. Same signature as the Zodiac transport break. Clean, controlled, deliberate. Tell me you got something useful and not just more of the same audio we already have."

Stephanie pulled her mask off and ran a hand through damp blonde hair. Water ran down the front of her Spoiler suit and between her full D-cup tits in a thin line. She dropped into a chair, thick ass settling against the seat, thighs still damp. "We got something. He met all three of them. Catwoman, Ivy, Harley. They argued first—same jealousy shit as always. Then they stopped arguing." She gave Barbara the short version, but she didn't leave out the relevant details: the deal talk about two weeks of quiet, the way Selina forced the favorite line, the long stretch of sex that followed—standing, bent over crates, on her back, the competitive oral, the way all three of them had ended up on their knees marked and still hungry when he finished. Stephanie's voice stayed even, but her cheeks stayed flushed and her full tits rose and fell a little faster under the wet suit as she spoke.

Barbara's hands tightened on the armrests of her chair. Her full breasts rose with a deeper breath under the tactical top; the fabric stretched across them. "And Zodiac?"

Cassandra signed quickly, hands precise.

Ivy felt it. Fresh residual. Close. On the concrete outside. They know she's moving. Catwoman said the quiet deal just got harder.

Barbara turned back to the screens and pulled up the earlier energy spike, overlaying it with the traffic-cam timestamps. "Zodiac free less than a day and already leaving traces near a Queens meeting place. That's not random. And our flatfoot is right in the middle of it. He's the common factor." She was quiet for a few seconds, staring at the data, the flush on her cheeks still present. "We keep monitoring. Both of them. The Queens and him. If Zodiac is building something—another pattern amplifier, another attempt to force geometry onto living systems—the last thing we need is the three of them distracted by a cock and a two-week truce they might not even keep."

Stephanie leaned forward, elbows on her knees, full D-cup tits pressing against the damp purple-and-black material. Water still beaded on the thick curve of her ass where she sat. "Or we stop monitoring from a distance and actually talk to him. He's not a meta. He's not a villain. He's a beat cop who somehow has Catwoman, Poison Ivy, and Harley Quinn negotiating quiet time so they can keep fucking him on a schedule. That's not normal. And if Zodiac is circling, he might be the only one who can get the Queens to focus long enough to deal with her instead of each other. They listen to him. You saw it. They argue, they fight, and then they do what he wants."

Cassandra signed once more, eyes steady on Barbara.

We approach him. Soon. Not just watch. Contact.

Barbara looked between the two of them. The flush on her cheeks hadn't faded; if anything it had deepened slightly when Stephanie described the end of the warehouse meeting—the three women on their knees, marked, still looking up at him. She glanced once at the still-open audio file from the earlier raid—the one that still had Montoya's voice on it, low and rough—then closed it with a sharp click of the mouse.

"Not tonight," she said. Her voice stayed controlled, but there was a tightness under it that hadn't been there at the start of the evening. "He's heading home. The Queens are scattered. Zodiac's trail is already cooling in the rain. We regroup in the morning, compare everything we have—audio, residual readings, the traffic cams, what you two saw—and decide how close we get. No one goes near him alone. Clear?"

Stephanie raised both hands, full D-cup tits shifting under the wet purple-and-black suit with the movement. Water still beaded on the thick curve of her ass where she sat. "Clear. But I'm calling first contact when we do it. I've been the one listening to the audio for weeks. I get first look."

Cassandra gave a small nod that could have meant agreement or simply that she had heard. Rain still dripped from the ends of her black suit onto the metal floor in slow, steady drops. She signed nothing further. The decision, for tonight, was made.

Outside, the rain kept falling on Gotham in heavy sheets that turned the streets into black mirrors. Vieri's car moved through the wet avenues toward the quiet brick house in the Heights. The wipers dragged a steady rhythm across the glass. He parked in the short driveway, killed the engine, and sat for a moment listening to the water hit the roof before he got out. He went inside, locked the deadbolt, and stood under the hot shower until the smell of the three women and the docks—leather, green things, candy-sweet perfume, sex, cum—finally rinsed off his skin. Steam filled the small bathroom. He dried off, pulled on clean sweatpants, and dropped into the worn armchair in the living room with a beer he didn't really taste. The house was quiet. The rain was quieter against the windows now, softer than it had been on the docks. He finished half the bottle, set it on the floor beside the chair, and closed his eyes.

Somewhere across the city three dangerous women were already adjusting to a deal that Zodiac might not let them keep.

Somewhere in the Clock Tower three other women were looking at his name on a screen and deciding how close was too close.

And somewhere in the dark the residual geometry Ivy had felt continued to fade under the rain, leaving only the question of what Madame Zodiac wanted next.

Vieri slept.

The next morning the precinct smelled like burnt coffee and damp wool again. The ancient pot on the warmer had been left on too long overnight, filling the bullpen with that bitter, scorched scent that never quite left the walls. Vieri walked in at the usual time, signed the sheet by the door, and headed for his desk. His body still carried a deep, satisfied ache from the night before—thighs, lower back, the residual pull in his core. He kept his face neutral and his stride even.

Montoya was already at her desk. Dark hair pulled into a tight ponytail, white button-down stretched across her full C-cup tits with every breath, dark slacks hugging her ass and thick thighs. She looked up when he passed. Her golden-brown eyes held his for half a second longer than necessary—long enough for the memory of the office, the desk, the way she had come apart under him, to sit in the air between them—then dropped back to her paperwork. A faint flush climbed her neck and settled across the tops of her cheeks. She shifted in her chair, thick thighs pressing together under the desk, and kept writing like the moment hadn't happened.

Sawyer stood by the coffee station, heavy D-cup tits pressing against her blouse as she poured. The fabric pulled tight across them. She caught Vieri's eye over the rim of her cup and gave him a small, knowing smirk that lingered a little too long on his mouth before she looked away and took a slow sip.

The captain came out of his office ten minutes later with a stack of printouts and a rare almost-pleased expression. The usual tension around his eyes was lighter.
