Not too far from Yamata-no-Orochi, Teruhashi has died due to a building slab falling on her due to its destruction. And since she wasn't killed by Cursed Energy, she has started transforming into a Vengeful Cursed Spirit.
Thankfully for her, Yamata-no-Orochi operates on the principle of focusing one opponent at a time. So right now, it is only focused on Tachibana, and if someone else attacked it, then only will the target change.

While 4 heads of Yamata-no-Orochi were hit by Jacob's Ladder, the target was simply too big.
Another head of Yamata-no-Orochi extended into the sky and ate Hana.
In another universe, Kashimo would have killed Taira Takamochi easily before he could unleash Yamata-no-Orochi. Hana(Angel) would have moved from Tokyo Colony no. 2 to Tokyo Colony no. 1 by using [Technique Extinguishment] and found an injured Fushiguro Megumi.
But in this timeline, due to terror, Taira Takamochi unleashed Yamata-no-Orochi by powering it up and giving himself to it in the worst way possible.
The key to free Gojo Satarou from the Prison Realm has been killed and eaten by Yamata-no-Orochi.

Yamata-no-Orochi's participation in the Culling Game has been recognised upon being unleashed, and it has gained 5 points.
But, Hana's sacrifice wasn't useless. With 4 of its heads gone, it only has 4 heads left.
As Mahoraga's ancestor, it works differently.
First, unlike Mahoraga which has no limit on how many phenomena to adapt, Yamata-no-Orochi can only adapt to 8 phenomena at a time using its 8 heads.
But now, it can only adapt to 4 phenomena at a time.
Second, it cannot regenerate its heads, even though it can use positive energy. It's like a built-in binding vow.
Third, it's adaptation is significantly slower than Mahoraga. But this weakness was taken care of my its summoner sacrificing himself to serve at its medium.
Still, it is superior than Mahoraga in its current state because of its size, raw power, durability, and the fact that it cannot be one-shotted unless the attack has a radius of 120m due to its sheer size.
Yamata-no-Orochi chose a new target, the largest Cursed Energy nearby it, the Vengeful Cursed Spirit Teruhashi.
With the Jinchuriki seal ineffective after getting blood on her cosplay, the souls in her body flooded in her being all at once.
Since they have no ego, they latched onto her soul. While they have no ego, they still possess the memories of all their lives, and they only became source of knowledge and Cursed Energy for her.
Her body which was made for low Cursed Energy couldn't handle the sudden influx, but after dying, she has been liberated from her body.
Teruhashi opened her eyes, finding herself as a Cursed Spirit with her own look, but 12 Spheres of the New Souls attached to the end of her hair.
Her mind was cloudy, she couldn't think properly, but as Yamata-no-Orochi attacked her, she instinctively teleported back to the hotel room with Flying Thunder God, getting out of Yamata-no-Orochi's range.
So now, Yamata-no-Orochi started rampaging aimlessly, destroying everything around it, killing everyone who came in its effective range of 200 m.
It has firmly established itself as the boss of Tokyo Colony no 1.
And, Kashimo has come to take its heads.
