"What in the world is going on in this world?"
While bathing, Zeus was pondering everything she had seen today. Merlin was genderbent, Kay was genderbent, and King Liao Dekuan was also genderbent. Are the Twelve Knights of the Round Table going to become the Twelve Knight Princesses of the Round Table? However, thinking about it like that felt quite fulfilling.
Shaking her head, Zeus cleared her mind of jumbled thoughts, then got out of the bath.
Lying in bed, Zeus accepted this setting. There was nothing she could do! Not to mention that she couldn't change it, even if she could change the world's settings, Zeus had no desire to change anything! In fact, it was quite good this way. With this thought, Zeus fell into a deep sleep.

"What's the matter? It's so late, why aren't you sleeping?"
Zeus, suppressing the urge to kick the Goldie in front of her, asked calmly.
"My dear little sister, your trip this time really worried me to death. If I hadn't let you out, you probably wouldn't have met the terrifying sorceress Merlin. I'm sorry, it's all my fault, boo-hoo!"
Whether it was Goldie's words or her sudden crying that startled her, Zeus became increasingly confused about what was happening. However, with a little deduction, it wasn't difficult to understand the current situation.
As the most beloved 'younger sister,' 'Guinevere' one day couldn't stand the loneliness of the palace and begged her 'second sister,' who was a palace guard, to help her go out and play. Goldie couldn't refuse and had to agree to her favorite 'younger sister.' The Queen, knowing all this, tacitly approved and didn't tell the naive Goldie. If that 'Identity Insertion Card' were in front of her now, Zeus would definitely use lightning to turn it to ashes. This is too much of a trap! Even if she were arranged to be an unknown marquis, this identity was simply too sensitive.
"I forgive you. Didn't nothing happen to me? If you continue to disturb my rest here, I'll call Mother to have a chat with you."
As expected, the effect was outstanding. The Goldie's face instantly changed. It seemed that these people were still very afraid of the Queen, after all, her existence made it impossible for anyone to resist.
"Good night, little sister, bye-bye."
Without any hesitation, Goldie instantly stood up, said goodbye to Zeus, and ran out of Zeus's room. Seeing her agile figure, Zeus couldn't help but want to ask, how afraid of her are you?
No longer thinking about these headache-inducing matters, Zeus needed to rest. She lay down, and within two minutes, Zeus was in a deep sleep. This time, no one came to disturb Zeus's rest.
Having had a good night's sleep, Zeus woke up exceptionally early the next day. Then, she perused Merlin's notes, gaining a better understanding of the mysterious side of this world. After quickly memorizing a portion, Zeus followed a maid to the dining hall. Seeing the two sisters and King Liao Dekuan, who now had no injuries, already seated, she sighed at the distorted settings of this world. Then, she walked to her seat and sat down, waiting for the true head of the household to appear.
"Good morning, Mother X3"
When the door opened again, a graceful and noble figure walked in. Zeus, following local customs, greeted the Queen along with the two sisters. King Liao Dekuan tremblingly greeted his 'dear Queen.' This scene still made Zeus, who grew up under the red flag, a bit uncomfortable. Even eating a meal was so drawn out and affected. Truly worthy of being 'royalty.' Even the banquets in her Greek divine realm weren't that drawn out.
"Everyone, sit down! Let's eat!"
Fortunately, the Queen wasn't a chatterbox. After sitting down, she instructed the maids to start serving the meal. Zeus's first breakfast in another world ended quietly. After the meal, before Zeus could leave, she was called by the Queen.
"Vier, come to my study."
The Queen spoke imperiously to Zeus, who nodded in understanding. Then, she returned to her room to change into everyday clothes. It wasn't that Zeus wanted to change; it was simply that royal rules were too numerous. One outfit for the morning, one for noon, one for evening, and even one for sleeping. One had to remain perfectly clean to meet people.
"Good day, Mother."
Having changed, Zeus followed a maid to the study. At the door, the maid pushed it open, and Zeus walked in. Facing the figure on the main seat, Zeus performed a bow according to etiquette.
"Come sit here."
The Queen pointed to the seat beside her and spoke to Zeus. Zeus showed no timidity. Although she was somewhat afraid of this very stern Queen, she knew that the Queen would not harm her, so she showed no signs of fear. Zeus slowly walked to the Queen's side and sat down.
"Child, do you know why I don't let you contact Merlin?"
The Queen took Zeus's hand and asked with a mix of affection and seriousness.
"That, I don't know."
This was exactly what Zeus was curious about. Clearly, the Queen had some understanding of Merlin, but she only said not to contact her, without stating the reason. Zeus couldn't guess the underlying truth no matter how hard she tried. However, it seemed Zeus didn't need to guess anymore; the Queen apparently intended to tell her.
"Alas~! This matter, actually, your father and I didn't want you to know. But since you have already come into contact with Merlin, I need to tell you some things, to let you know the reason to stay away from her."
The Queen began to recount some things about Merlin. Merlin herself was a half-demon, half-human hybrid. According to many who had interacted with her, they concluded that Merlin possessed only half of human nature; the other half was devoid of emotion (completely without feelings). She could get angry but not happy. She possessed all sorts of knowledge but did not understand basic human emotions. She had no concept of love, nor of family. Her relationship with King Uther was that she saw a choice of destiny. Guiding King Arthur was merely to fulfill her mission in accordance with destiny. Once completed, she, lacking most basic human emotions, would disappear from the human world to pursue her own demonic path.
"Child, this is why I don't let you contact her. Without emotions, she sees everyone as mere tools in her eyes, to be discarded at will. Don't have any more dealings with her."
"Yes, I understand."
Looking at the resolute Queen, Zeus still agreed to her wishes, but she was now even more interested in Merlin's situation. What exactly made Merlin this way? She was very curious now.
"Go do your morning lessons! May the Lord bless you, child."
The Queen's words made Zeus's mouth twitch. That little brat blessing me, huh! Don't joke around. It would be good enough if she didn't report me to Gaia, let alone bless me.
"You also take care of yourself. I'm leaving."
Zeus suppressed the strong urge to complain, bowed to the Queen, and walked out the door, letting out a long sigh of relief. Holding back her complaints was too difficult.
