As Sakoru walked into group 6's locker room. A guy named Bar Jackson, stared at him with a disgusted face.
Known to be the heckler and also the strongest amongst the others in group 6. He slowly walked in style and stood right in front of Sakoru. Sakoru didn't know what to do at the time. Bar said "Well you gotta be tough to join the HAC don't ya?" Sakoru giggled, thinking it was a bit funny, and kept giggling.
Trying to hold his laugh wasn't an option for him. Bar's anger was slowly opening his mind. Bar grabbed Sakoru's collar and pulled him up. Sakoru immediately stopped giggling and started grasping for air as Bar was gripping his neck harder and harder. Bar throws him onto the ground, hitting a light impact on Sakoru's back. Sakoru whispers in agony as he gets back up.
The other guys are yelling at Bar to calm down and to rest a bit. "Bar, it's alright, he's just a new member, remember when we were new," The others said.
Bar didn't reply and kept on hitting Sakoru. Sakoru got back up on his feet and backed up. "What the hell, why do the weakest people already feel like the strongest, I just can't catch up to him," Sakoru said. Bar, coldly looking at him. Sakoru wants to beat him to a pulp badly.
The urge for Sakoru is undeniable. The others laughed at his goofy stance. "My heart is filled with the ambition to punch him so badly, I wish he would just die." Sakoru went in for a punch. Just for it to get dodged and kicked in the back. Making Sakoru fall into the ground face-first.
A woman walked in with a nice and fancy suit including glasses as well, telling them to go to the cafeteria. Sakoru got up and didn't say anything, he arrived at the huge cafeteria.
Right as he stood in line for lunch. Bar again met him just right behind him. Telling him to grow up already."Holy shit, can this guy just leave me already?" Sakoru whispered. Sakoru was nervous to act in front of so many people watching him continuously.
Bar screamed at him "SAKORU, YOU'RE THE WEAKEST FROM ALL OF US!" Trying to embarrass Sakoru in front of everyone.
Bar grabbed him and punched him to the ground. Sakoru was trying not to tear up as hard as he could. He was brushing off his tears as fast as he could just so Bar doesn't see it.
Sakoru looked back and grabbed someone's lunch bag and threw it right at Bar's face. Barely even hitting him, while Bar dodged the lunch box. The guy hit Sakoru for throwing his lunch box and to work better off himself. Sakoru was so pissed."Why is everyone just sitting there and not helping me? I thought the HAC is a place where people help others. Right?" Sakoru thought in his mind. Everyone had weird stares. Some even whispered "Ugh, he's gonna ruin everyone's pleasure." "Why is he even in the HAC?" Bar could tell. His deep and godlike breaths.
Bar finally stopped and walked right up to the lunch lady. A few minutes had passed since Sakoru got up. He eventually got his lunch and sat as far away as he could from Bar. He sat at a table that was full of boys and one girl. He sat next to the girl.
She asked "Aren't you the guy who just got beat the shit outta?" Sakoru without even looking at her replied "Yes. That was me." She replied "How unfortunate. Well, I want you to get to know me, my name is "Yumiora, or you can call me Yumi" Sakoru didn't want to hear anything except the crispy crunching of his food.
He couldn't bear even listening to her. Sakoru asked "Why do you only have a first name, what about your last?" Yumi replied "Well, I don't because my parents left me as soon as I was born, so I picked my own name, I was just born straight into an orphanage." "I did have this one friend named Hikari, I wonder if she's still okay now."
Sakoru was confused. "Who's Hikari?" "Just a childhood friend of mine, I left her in a situation because I was too scared to die." "Sounds unfortunate, I was treated pretty well as a kid, I had good parents, and good people around me." Sakoru lied about his past to avoid attention.
Yumi giggled as he said it. Sakoru was still confused and embarrassed about the earlier accident. Yumi asked him if he wanted more food. All Sakoru had was an apple and cheese slices.
Sakoru said he had eaten before he came but he lied since he didn't want Yumi to feel bad.
Yumi accepted it, secretly knowing why he does that. Yumi then asks "What video games do you like?" Sakoru was once again confused. Why in such a serious situation would you ask someone what their favorite video game is? "Uhm, I didn't really grow up with games." "Well let me tell you mine, it's easily the new game, Life Escape" It's about a game where you can create a code and make a dream of another existence. All into one game.
Sakoru was not surprised, not because of the game, but because of how annoying Yumi is.
Yumi then grabs her pizza and cuts it in half. And gives it to Sakoru to eat. "No, no, I don't like pizza, please, I really don't." Yumi obviously knows he's lying. "Oh c'mon now, I know you like it, I can tell," Yumi said. Sakoru kept denying until his stomach finally rumbled. Yumi giggled and Sakoru gave up.
He finally just ate the half-cut slice.
Sakoru asked what group she was in. Yumi replied "Group 4, I'm not too well-trained, but I've been here for about 14 years. Sakoru with his shocked face. "How come you're not in a higher group?" "Well it's because I've trained for only 2 years, the other years I was rent-free," Yumi said. Sakoru asks "Well, to be honest, I have no idea what to do here, what do I do?" "Missions," Yumi said. "All you gotta do is love it here and do missions like once a week maybe." "Oh, I guess that's good, but you know what, I really want to annihilate every single shinjo. I've had a bad history with them, and I just want to know why, just why."
Yumi nods her head as she agrees with him. Yumi then replies "Well if you want to kill every single shinjo. Why haven't you done it already?" "Isn't it obvious, I've got nothing with me." "I saw you getting bullied, I mean, you're never gonna be strong if you get bullied by the weakest group, are you?"
