I was meditating on a rock on a mountain looking out at the world with a beautiful blue sky and forest valley but then.
Alex: Nice try Amanda.
I caught her hand as she laughs as I turn to see my best friend and Head of the Silver Talon Pack's Warriors, Amanda Conners.
I let go as she pulled out a box with a bow on top of it.
Amanda: Happy 18th Birthday.
I smiled to take the box.
Alex: You didn't have to get me anything.
Amanda: It's my students 18th birthday, I wouldn't dream of not getting you anything.
I smiled to open it as it's a beautiful blue gem that sparkled brightly.
Amanda: It's the Star Necklace, made from falling stars your mother collected to have our favorite and best blacksmith make it, it gives a powerful forcefield to the wielder.
Alex: Thanks, it's beautiful really.
She smiled to stand up.
Amanda: Your heading off to Crescent Academy, while your there show those pompous arrogant weak wolves who really run things, you bested me at ten years old, a prodigy so show them what you got but hold back please.
Alex: I'll only use 0.00000001% of my power but if there worthy than they get 2%.
Amanda: 2% is too much for them, you only used it on me, Oliver, and Isabella.
Oliver Decklyn is Amanda's mate and my other best friend, he's the Silver Talon Pack's Head Healer.
Amanda is the Headmaster at the Warrior Academy and Oliver is Headmaster at the Healer Academy, The Crescent Academy is taught by another of the Talon Pack, Isabella Bradson, Headmaster of the Crescent Academy but also another of my mentors.
Alex: I won't kill anyone, at least not if they don't annoy me.
Amanda: Good.
Oliver: Alex! Amanda!
We turned to Oliver as he's walking with my mother Ariel, The Moon Goddess.
Amanda: Hello my love, what is it?
Oliver: Alex, the car is here to take you to the academy, Isabella is waiting for you.
Mother: You should get going but one more hug before you take off.
She came as we hugged as I hugged the others too as they hugged my mother as they had to get back to there academies for orientation.
We stood facing my mother but all I have to do is call her using telepathy and she'll appear so quick.
Mother: Now remember, Alex needs to find his mate, once she is found then the ball will be announced but Alex?
Alex: Yes?
Mother: If you meet or see Nicholas Carson, teach the brat a lesson.
Amanda and Oliver smiled as they've gotten reports from there academies about Nicholas as his friends of arrogant wolves attend at them, they want me to crush him as the bug they are.
Mother: Now then, off you all go.
Amanda/Oliver: Yes my goddess.
Alex: Yes mother.
We walked to the cars as we got into each one of them to drive off as Ariel flashed to her throne to sit as the huge grand hall of the throne room as werewolves wearing black uniforms with a badge that was shaped like a wolf with stars on them as Alex used telepathy to find no traitors from the pack or the Headmasters which is good.
But what no one knows is that Alex has two more mentors who have more power than the three Headmasters who are second to the Moon Goddess in power.
