Chapter Ten
"Vampires are brutal creatures, blood sucking monsters in human form. Their pale white skin,glimmering eyes,blood thirsty smile,evil smirk and worst if all their inhuman abilities.
On arrival to our world they caused doom,they travailed to different parts of our world, causing chaos wherever they went,but would we stand down and let them burn our world?.
No!,we fought back weilding different types of silver gear at our life's cost. These blood thirsty beast caused the first war ever recorded in our history.
The war lasted for hundred of years, many lives were lost in this great upheaval.
But victory returned to us after our great ancestor created the garlic ball,a weapon that was made of herbs for cooking that caused their deaths.
We attacked them during the day,and chased them back to the north killing a large population of their army.
Their goal was to take over our world mainly because the day lasts for only two hours, unlike the human world. It was a place for them to thrive freely.
We planted garlic around the South,East and Western parts of our world and even created gizmos that could maintain garlic in strategic places to prevent them from ever meddling with us.
Unfortunately, garlic could not be grown in the North,but if it was ever grown or could be grown?,who would grow it?.
Apparently all the were creatures in the North are in hiding. Their lives are at stake,they are the prey of the vampires.
Running for their lives and hiding to survive,the white wolves are living hell in the arctic.
Vampires are very mysterious creatures,no one knows where they came form or what they are,all we know is they're psychopathic and some can use witchcraft."
"Witchcraft!"I exclaimed loudly.
"Yup, powerful witchcraft."
"With the portal open,more vampires stormed in our world,and then that's when w new era was born.
The era of monsters and mysterious yet life threatening forests.
Intel from the north,say they transfuse their blood into animals and then see how they react,use withcraft to make them obey them and control them,and optionally know where they are.
They also transfuse their blood with trees,dead organisms,dead werewolves and sometimes living were creatures,to do those dirty work and find food for them.
Not to mention,they teleport these monsters into other parts of our world to wreck havoc and chaos on us.
The were ruler on seeing this, built a city with walls and he called it Wolfsburg, exclusive to people on the East with strong Luna.
The city was safe guarded by the rulers generals and the Luna military.
It was a safe haven but it had but one exception.
If you could pass the test,you were eligible for the city.
What's the test?,you may ask.
You have to dip your hands in a bucket of pure silver for thirty minutes. If you could survive and not die or pass out you got passage onto the city as a visitor. And if your Luna happens to drop a little you'll get kicked out.
To do this the were creature had to have luna 20 times stronger than that of a fully grown were creature.
And for we,the majority of people with average Luna we had to fend off the monsters and the forest all on our own.
The west side of the wereworld saw this and built their very inclusive city. Walls, a Luna squad and safety rules, most people ran there seeing that it was safe and easy to get in.
But here comes the bad part,the attacks still came even more severe and the high population just makes things more hard.
So it's more preferable to hide in the woods,than sacrifice your life in an overpopulated centre. And so that's our situation.
Pathetic!, desolate and we are trying to survive. But hope came in the shadows of dark history.
The portal that the dark lord made to the human world.
As locals have it,they were able to track the second portal,that the Lord made and then migration began.
Well the portal was opened right near your village. Well some were creatures killed humans out of insecurities, thinking you humans would kill them, especially those in their lupine form,whereas you guys were completely oblivious of what was going on.
Now let's move swiftly to the part that concerns Banchy and little Mr Bernard.
You see the portal in the North part of the were world was open,as usual,and something happened.
In the year 1923,a man called Houlj Hollis went missing.
He was an explorer,writer and powerful influencer. He wrote books about human existence,and the mysteries of the Earth.
He travelled from the far ends of the desert,to the Amazon,along with his trusty crew,they unveiled how things work and found new species of plants and animals.
So one year he and his crew journeyed to Antarctica,you know the cold empty continent Earth has to visit some scientist,and get some reviews.
But on their way,they got lost and stumbled upon the portal. Curiously he entered the portal and well cot transported to our world.
Since then he was declared missing for ten years. He mysteriously came back alone and this time weirder and having strange abilities.
He married five wives and settled down,then wrote a book 'the mystery of what lies beyond the laws of human existence"
In his book,he state how he was undergoed hell in the vampires lab,they transfused their blood into him alongside the blood of a werewolf to create a secret weapon.
But he and his crew fought and ran away.
Most people didn't believe him and called his book a novel. Saying he had lost his mind and his age had led to his lack of proper reasoning.
He kept on postulating his ideas and five more wives to preserve the blood line,he even made his children marry each other to create more Houljis.
He was later arrested in 1983,but the wardens were surprised with his inhuman abilities,and were forced to believe his book.
They banned his book and refuse to publicize his abilities to the world. They tried confiscating his children but they were spread round the world and had started families,some were more polygamous than their father."
" To cut the story short,Mike and Banchy you are both Houljis." Mr Reginald said.
"You see Mike,your mom was an Houlji,a true descendant of Mr Houlji himself,and you Banchy you're an Houlji too,your parents were both Houljis they left cause they didn't want you to end in a government lab.
You both undeniably have in human abilities and you both may sometimes get rejected for some insanely absurd reasons by humans, don't look at it as a curse, it's your Houlji nature kicking in.
And to save Tom,and bring him back home you're going to need your houljiness, you're venturing into a perilous world to save Tom and to save our world,from the dark lord. If he returns from the dead no one is safe,legend had he was killed by a human.
And he ain't gonna spare we humans twice,brave yourselves for action,trust your instincts and your houljiness will be your guide.
I can't follow you on this journey,I have to oversee your dad's wealth and take his place but I promise to join you as soon as I can.
Banchy be strong and take care of this boy for me would you?."
Banchy nodded in affirmation.
"I have something for you"he said taking out his broken phone from his pocket.
He played a video and it was two people who looked exactly like Banchy wearing blue robes and they looked like they were in a lab.
"Hey!, Banchy I'm your dad "the man in the video said.
