"Ah! Hot hot hot!" Azael shook his hand and the flame disappeared.
Arista sighed and walked toward him.
"This is why control is important," she said, then grabbed his wrist and checked his sleeve. "It's just a small burn."
She looked at him seriously again.
"Azael, listen carefully. Fire magic has three basics: Mana Control. Heat Control. Shape Control. If you master these three, learning fire spells becomes easier."
Azael nodded seriously, listening carefully.
Arista stepped back again and pointed at the center of the training room.
"Now practice Ignite until you can control it at your will... even if it takes one hundred attempts to achieve it."
Azael's eyes widened. "One hundred?!"
She crossed her arms again. "Yes. A mage becomes strong by repetition, not talent alone."
Azael sighed but then nodded. "Alright... I will do it."
He raised his hand again, gathered mana, and tried to create the flame again.
A small flame appeared. Then disappeared.
