The request stunned Rimuru greatly, traveling to the kingdom of ingrassia and coming to the labyrinth, he had heard a great deal of praise towards Simon.
In fact, majority of the spirits in the Labyrinth reveres Pneuma over Ramiris… which was really funny.
What he heard is that Pneuma is a very capable god who gets things done and doesn't take nonsense from the public… and all of this without evens showing his face.
Rimuru admits that his first instinct upon traveling to a long standing human settlement was to learn about the other side of what his friend is, the godhood side of what he is, he wanted to learn who is Pneuma.
Now after learning, Rimuru was overwhelmed. Simon's reputation was just absurd to say the least. He created a global organisation in a couple months, built several godlike weapons and distributed them to his most trusted surbordinates and according to the three demon lords his met, has the most powerful army in existence.
Pneuma had become the most powerful and influential being in the entire west… and no one evens knows who he really is. Rimuru doubted that Simon was evens aware of his own notariaty… I guess that is proof that you're doing something right.
And he was hiding in his own dimension, implying that he had far more secrets kept away and that what the public says is barely scratching the surface.
Now seeing this god among god's in such a pitiful and vulnerable state, his friend in so much pain, loss and confusion, it surprised and pained him to see it up close.
"What are you asking of me specifically?" Rimuru asked the confused Simon.
Simon: "Usually I'd solve my own problems by relying on my own intelligence but I can't form a coherent thoughts without my mind descending into confusion and now I don't know what to do."
Rimuru: " Well why don't you first find someone to confide in at home."
Simon: "I don't feel comfortable taking about anyone in Eden… I've tried but when I tried, I couldn't do anything about it, I couldn't burden any of my surbordinates with this."
Rimuru: "Well maybe there's someone else you'd confide in more and maybe there's somewhere else you call home instead of Eden?"
Simon: "… I guess… that's not something I've ever thought about."
Rimuru: " You know, you have incredible power over spacetime when don't you travel home but instead of using command, you travel using instinct. Transport yourself to the one place that comes to your subconscious when you think of home."
I thought about his suggestion and got up, " Thank you Rimuru, that's actually really helpful."
I said goodbye to Rimuru and everyone and then walked out the labyrinth. Ramiris tried to shift the space around to mess with me…
But I didn't evens need the grayfog to combat the domain around me, Nous was enough to know the what and how it shifts, evens predicting whatever future actions she might take.
When I got outside, I began the process and instinctively gave the command to myself in the form of a question, 'Take me home.' and just like that, I closed my eyes, space around me folded and I was sent away.

I felt the space around me stop shifting and knew I had reached my intended location, I opened my eyes and saw what was Infront of me, a location that was way to familiar to me but would never expect to be the place I associate as home.
I wasn't in Eden, the dimension that I had personally constructed as my personal sanctuary. It wasn't the home I had in my previous life where I lived with my mother and went to collage everyday. It wasn't evens the place I lived in the forest with my daughters and the dryads… although that place was moved to Eden.
What I saw was the ice cold barren wastelands of the frozen continent, the eternal blizzard that covered the sky and the continent.
But the specifics place that I had ended up was my bedroom and in my bed was the women that I've been avoiding for far too long. A women that frankly, considering everything I've done to her, I didn't deserve.
'Hello Velzard, it's nice to see you again.' I silently said while looking down to the women huddling herself in the covers.
Sensing a disturbance in the place that she had deemed her nest, Velzard opened her eyes and saw the very reason that she considered this room her personal territory, the very reason she protected what this room represents.
"Simon? What are you doing here?" Velzard asked me with nervousness.
But much to her surprise, I said nothing and just leaned down to kiss her. She felt a split second of surprise and then simply closed her eyes and enjoyed the kiss. She felt the kiss separate from her lips and the man's form fell limply into her embrace and then his hands folded around her.
"Please… just let me stay here for alittle bit. I'll do anything for you if you let me just stay here." Velzard heard my desperate, breaking voice come from her chest and she just let it be.
"Stay for as long as you want Simon, it would be my pleasure to be your place of solace." Velzard's rosy voice that sounded like a women blinded by love. Her voice making me feel bad for ever meeting her.
I had manipulated her with my skill, used her to gain more power and then just left. And then I created a whole dimension to hide away and then I just severed our connection in memory and in our soul.
In my self-deprecation over my own actions, I had finally realized that I had done so much terrible things to her, 'I'm such a fucking coward.'
With those final thoughts, I had went to sleep in Velzard's embrace… back to my original place of comfort. Not realising that Velzard had heard all my thoughts and decided to do something of her own.

Raine walked into the room, "Lady Velzard, Guy sensed an abnormality within this room, did something-Huh!"
Raine saw the white coat over the chair and the man sleeping alongside Velzard. Seeing Raine, Velzard just put a finger up to her lips.
Seeing Velzard ok with the arrival, Raine took her leave.
