Lily POV
I woke up sore,my eyes were red and poofy,i started sobbing again an innocent man got killed because of me,the maid destiny walked towards me and patted my hair and said "i warned you no one dares goes against the boss or he'll go beast mode " i scoffed and said "how dare he??who is he? how can he just kill someone??" she smiled and said " he's a mafia the one ruling both italy and usa " say what now??rule?? She continued "you should be lucky he doesn't get attracted to ladies but he kept you and the way he stares at you it's love " i rolled my eyes kept me? I'm i begging him??kept me like I'm his maid "go downstairs and eat your breakfast he's waiting for you " she said and left i freshened up and went to the dining table,i saw jack he didn't even look at me he was busy with his phone I bite my lips now I know he's not an ordinary man to mess with,soo wait anastasia is in Mafia too!!!,i was served tea,bread and bacon, Jack finished his,he didn't even spare me a glance and said "you should be ready we're going to a party people would be here to style you and also your clothes, he left,i lost my appetite while the maids were in their rooms there was silence in the house i took the chance to try my luck again and escape i wore all black and packed my hair into a bun. I was almost out like literally i was smiling, happiness flashing my eyes until a guard chased after me,i ran like i was running for my life well literally that's what I'm doing i was almost outside until i fell "thud" on the ground with my face the pain was too much my nose hurts and luck wasn't on my side it never was on my side,the guard walked towards me and he tried to touch me I yelp and shouted "lemme go please lemme " he was stone like, whatever i was saying wasn't entering his damn skull, he told me to stand up well that's a good thing cuz I'm never standing up I smiled sheepishly at him but the next thing i knew he carried me on his shoulder. I yelled and tried wiggling out but he wasn't bulging, i tried biting his bicep but still he wasn't affected it's like his carrying a piece of paper, i knew nothing will stop him I tiredly let him take me to my room immediately he dropped me on the soft fluffy bed....i dozed off
