The great hall of the Holy Knights' fortress found near Kael's village roared with celebration, as it still rained heavily outside.
Long wooden tables overflowed with roasted meat, bread, and wine.
Golden goblets clinked loudly as armored men laughed and retold the same story again and again—the destruction of a nameless village and the fall of the man who had tried to stand against them.
"The monster fell quickly in the end," one knight boasted, slamming his cup down.
"Not so terrifying once he was chained."
Another raised his drink. "To the Light !"
"To the Light!"
Their voices echoed against the stone walls.
Outside, the wind scraped softly against the fortress towers.
Meanwhile in the Elite knight chambers ,the leader who was the one who had executed Kael in the end , is seen reading a book as he suddenly feels something strange and looks out into the dark rainy night of the window.
"Is there something wrong Micheal?"asked one of the other elite knights who was a female with gold long hair.
He looked at her with a bit of worry.
Then looked again through the window.
Then back to her.
"No ,Anna...nothing's wrong ."
Back inside the dinning hall , candles burned along the walls and across the tables, their warm glow reflecting off polished armor and silver insignias.
Laughter filled every corner of the hall.
Until—
A single candle flickered.
Then another.
One knight paused mid-drink.
The flames trembled like frightened fireflies.
And then—
They all went out.
Darkness swallowed the hall.
A sudden cold swept through the room like a living thing.
The warmth from the fires vanished, leaving only the distant howl of wind through the stone corridors.
The knights shifted uneasily.
"Who put the lights out?" someone muttered.
No one answered.
Then the whispers began.
Soft.
Distant.
Like breath carried through a graveyard.
"…why…"
"…why…"
"…why…"
The voices came from everywhere.
The knights stood up, hands falling to the hilts of their swords.
"Show yourself!" a captain barked.
The whispers grew louder.
Not angry.
Not loud.
Just…resentful.
"…mother…"
"…blood…"
"…darkness…"
A faint sound echoed from the far end of the hall.
Step.
Metal scraped as several knights drew their blades.
Step.
A shape stood in the rainy darkness near the great doors.
At first it looked like a shadow cast by nothing.
Then thunder was heard as a ray of light flickered for a moment revising someone.
It revealed a figure.
A young man stood there.
His clothes were torn and darkened. Damp strands of pale black hair fell over his face.
One eye glowed grey faintly in the darkness.
Cold.
Empty.
But burning with something far deeper than anger.
Recognition spread across the hall like wildfire.
"…Kael…?"
A knight stumbled back.
"That's impossible."
"He died."
The figure lifted his head slowly.
For a moment, no one moved.
Then a knight rushed forward with a shout.
"Kill him!"
Steel flashed.
The man's sword came down toward Kael's neck—
—and stopped.
For a split second.
Then the knight collapsed.
No one saw the strike.
Only the sound of a blade moving through air.
The knight's body hit the stone floor.
Silence followed.
Then chaos erupted.
"Attack!"
Dozens of knights charged at once.
Kael moved.
He moved faster then they could imagine closing gaps between them within a blink of an eye.
A blade appeared in his hand like an extension of the darkness itself.
The first knight lunged.
Kael stepped past him.
The man dropped before realizing he had been cut.
Another swung a halberd.
Kael slipped beneath the arc and struck once.
The weapon clattered across the floor.
Bodies began to fall.
The knights filled the hall, surrounding him from every direction.
But the darkness seemed to move with him.
Every swing missed by inches.
Every step placed him exactly where he needed to be.
The cold whispers grew louder with each fallen knight.
Steel rang through the hall.
Shouts turned into screams.
One knight tried to run toward the doors.
He barely made three steps before Kael appeared in front of him.
The man froze.
Kael's glowing eye stared into his.
"Please—"
The blade moved.
The hall fell silent again.
The torches along the walls suddenly reignited with faint, trembling flames.
Their light revealed the hall.
Tables overturned.
Wine spilled across the stone floor like dark blood.
And bodies.
Dozens of them.
The surviving knights stood in a shrinking circle around the lone figure.
Kael's sword dripped slowly.
His shadow stretched across the floor like a living thing.
He took a single step forward.
The cold in the hall deepened.
Another step.
The whispers filled the air again.
And the knights realized something terrifying.
The man they had killed…
had come back.
And this time—
there was nothing left in him but revenge.
As he took another step forward the hall started trembling as though an earthquake had struck as the whole fortress fell with Kael in it.
From outside the 5 elite knights are seen from a distance of about 5 km from the collapsed fortress in their armor as they observed the destruction ,which was caused as an effect from the same gravity powers used by the knight who used it on Kael last time.
"Wasn't he supposed to be dead? "he asked.
Micheal answered in a calm tone.
"The important thing is that he's now dead ..right Cane"
No one answered.
Micheal then looked at the ruins.
"Surely a person of his status couldn't have sur..."
His face shifted into shock as his tone was suddenly filled with fear.
"Everyone take cover!"
All of a sudden something sped out from the ruin's smoke with high speed towards them ,as it hit Anna on the chest with such a force that her breast plate burst ,allowing a spear to be seen stabbing her heart.
She then fell on the ground that was already filled with blood as she struggled.
The other team members went to help her.
Kael was then seen slowly walking out of the smokes ruin with a serious yet calm nonchalant look on his face as he was covered by the blood of the dead knights in the ruins .
Micheal then felt his presence and turned to two of the other elite knights with a look of anger.
"Kill him...."
The two knights vanished.
The ground exploded as both knights accelerated.
A shockwave blasted outward.
To normal eyes, they were gone.
But Kael moved.
CLANG!
A blade screamed against his gauntlet as he caught the strike without even turning.
The second knight appeared beside him instantly—
BOOM!
The spear slammed into Kael's ribs.
The impact shattered the ground beneath him, sending cracks spiderwebbing across the stone road.
Dust burst into the air.
The spear knight grinned.
"Direct hit—"
His voice stopped.
Kael hadn't moved.
The spear was buried into Kael's ribs , causing black blood to poor out of Kael's body but he hadn't even flinched.
Slowly… Kael turned his head.
His grey iris glowed faintly through his murderous intent.
Kael then delivered a fatal punch towards the knight's face which sent him flying a few distances back.
Kael then turned to his wound which was pouring with his black blood as it started to slowly heal.
The second knight attacked —ten strikes in less than a heartbeat.
CLANG CLANG CLANG CLANG
Blades flashed like lightning.
Kael blocked them with one arm.
Effortlessly.
The first knight shot forward again, spear thrusting toward Kael's throat—
But Kael moved.
Not fast.
Just perfectly timed.
His hand shot out.
And caught the spear.
The ground shattered beneath his feet as the knight tried to pull away, but Kael's grip tightened like iron.
The knight froze.
"…What?"
Kael slowly lifted the spear—along with the knight holding it.
The man dangled in the air like a rag doll.
The other knight screamed and accelerated to full speed, becoming a streak of silver light.
He attacked from every angle.
Hundreds of slashes.
The air shrieked as blades carved through space.
Kael's clothes tore.
Then—
Kael disappeared.
For the first time.
The attacking knight's eyes widened.
"Whe—"
CRASH!
Kael appeared beside him and slammed his fist into the knight's chest.
The impact detonated like thunder.
The knight blasted through three stone pillars and skipped across the ground like a stone across water before finally crashing into a hill hundreds of meters away.
Silence returned.
Kael still held the spear knight by the weapon.
The man trembled.
"You… you're not human…"
Kael tilted his head slightly.
The whisper of darkness gathered around him, shadows coiling like living smoke around his body .
He squeezed the spear.
The metal bent.
Then snapped.
The knight tried to run.
He accelerated instantly—
But Kael was already behind him.
A hand landed on the knight's shoulder.
The world seemed to freeze.
"Too slow."
CRACK.
The knight collapsed to the ground.
Far away, the other elite knights turned to look at the fight .
They looked toward Kael in horror.
Kael stood alone in the center of the ruined road, cloak drifting in the cold night air.
Shadows curled around him like a living crown.
Micheal whispered shakily,
"…Monster."
Kael's grey eye glowed faintly behind his long black hair .
He began walking toward the other knights.
Slow.
Unstoppable.
The ground trembled with every step .
Anna then gathered her strength.
"You guys just go and finish him off ."
They turned in disbelief.
"What? " Micheal asked.
"I'm already dead at this point so there's no point of trying to save me realy ."
"But....."
"She' right." Cane answered ."we cant just let their death be in vane ."
He turned towards Kael.
"We have to finish that monster."
Kael is seen walking towards them again as all of a sudden the air above him grew heavier ,causing him to stop moving as a large chunk of the place he was standing on sunk inwards .
The ground appeared to have formed spiderweb like cracks , as his feet are seen to have a sunk a few centimeters into the ground .
I front of him at a distance of about 100 meters , Cane and Micheal were seen standing in front of him.
Cane seemed to be the one controlling the gravity around Kael as one of his hands was straight forward.
"You're done now Kael . "
"Now you have to face execution with the tip of my sword "
The same radiant sword that Micheal had used to kill Kael is seen to appear in Micheal's hand.
The sight of the sword caused a new rage to spark within Kael .
"For our sisters and two brothers ."
CRACK
The ground beneath Kael fractured further.
Massive chunks of stone collapsed inward around him.
The remaining part of Kael's clothes fluttered weakly under the crushing force.
Then_
He took a step .
Cane's expression twitched.
"…Impossible."
Micheal vanished.
A streak of blue plasma carved through the night.
SHHHHH
The blade sliced toward Kael's neck fast enough to melt the air itself.
But Kael tilted his head slightly , the expression on his face seeming though he was unfazed.
The sword barely missed his neck .
Micheal's eyes widened.
Kael moved his arm.
CLANG
His gauntlet caught the blade.
Micheal grinned.
"Got you."
Valen clenched his fist.
The gravity field surged again.
BOOOOOM
Kael's knees finally bent as the force multiplied violently.
The ground collapsed into a crater around him.
Micheal twisted the blade, trying to cut through Kael's arm.
But then—
Kael looked up.
His grey eye glowed faintly .
Shadows began to leak from beneath his legs like smoke.
Raith's grin faded.
"What…?"
Kael grabbed the sword with his other hand.
The glowing weapon shrieked against his armored grip.
Then—
He pulled.
Micheal stumbled forward in shock.
Kael drove his forehead into the knight's helmet.
CRACK
The impact dented the steel inward.
Raith staggered back.
Cane shouted from above.
"MICHEAL —MOVE!"
He slammed both hands downward.
The gravity field intensified to its limit.
Everything around Kael collapsed inward—rocks, dirt, broken pillars.
But Kael lifted his arm.
Darkness spiraled around it like a vortex.
Then he swung.
BOOOOOOOM
The shockwave of the punch blasted outward, ripping through the gravity field like a hurricane.
Cane was thrown backward through the air, crashing across the ruins.
Kael was seen in the middle of the rumble with Micheal' throught being crushed by his arms .
He lifted him effortlessly.
Then he twisted.
CRACK
Micheal 's body went limp.
Kael through his body onto the ground like he was trash .
Far away, rubble shifted.
Cane rose slowly from the wreckage, blood running from beneath his helmet.
The gravity around him began spiraling wildly.
"You… you killed him…"
Kael shifted his gaze towards him with a murderous intent ,causing Cane to feel a certain huge amount of pressure .
The air warped violently as he gathered everything he had left.
The sky itself seemed to bend towards Kael.
"This entire battlefield will collapse on you!"
Rocks lifted into the air.
Stone pillars floated upward.
The gravity field condensed into a crushing sphere around Kael.
For a moment—
Everything froze.
Then Kael stepped forward.
The darkness around him surged like a tidal wave.
BOOM
The gravity sphere shattered.
Cane's eyes widened in pure terror.
Kael appeared in front of him but he seemed to be more human than when they had fought before ,as there were no more shadows surrounding him and he didn't have that dark presence anymore .
Infect Kael seemed exhausted.
Silent.
Unavoidable.
Valen whispered,
"…What are you?"
Kael's grey eye glowed coldly through his calm gaze .
"The end of your Order."
His fist moved once.
The night went silent again.
Wind swept across the ruined battlefield.
Five figures had fought.
Only one remained standing.
Or he thought.
From a distant he saw Anna who was sitting by a tree trunk as she was about to take her final breath.
Kael then soon appeared standing before her examining her with a calm gaze.
Anna laughed.
"I'll pass on you killing me right now....I mean it's not like I'm not already dying "
"Who was it ?"
"What ?" ANNA asked in confusion.
"You guys said it was an order...so tell me who gave the order ."
"The order huh ?...I myself ain't sure. "
"But I do know one thing ."
"We were given our orders from the Blue Dragon Knight Squad ....That's all realy."
"Thank you ."
Kael then stood up and turned to walk away.
After a few steps , Anna spoke to.
"What your thinking about doing is dangerous you know ."
Kael stood still ,as he took a deep breath.
"Your right to worry ."
He then turned to glance at her with a serious psycho killer look as he seemed to be emitting a certain black aura from his list visible eye.
"Cause not even hell will want them after I'm done with them ."
