Chapter 91 - Chapter 91

In the deepest depths of Hades, Hades paid no heed to the farce on Olympus or the struggles of the Bronze Age on Earth.

His entire mind was immersed in analyzing the scene of the 'outside world' shown by the mirror.

The mirror was suspended before the Obsidian Throne, no longer reflecting any corner of the world of Chaos, but presenting a boundless, chaotic void and a massive world bubble suspended within it.

Hades's will, like the most delicate probe, extended towards the mirror.

He was trying to cross this unimaginable distance and touch that strange world.

At first, it went well. His divine thoughts penetrated the inner walls of the world of Chaos, pierced through Oceanus, who encircled the world, and even touched the brutal and primordial boundaries of Chaos itself.

However, when he attempted to cross the void further and approach that other world, a suffocating force of repulsion suddenly appeared!

This was not a conscious attack, but rather a natural conflict and mutual exclusion between the two fundamental laws of the world.

It seemed an invisible but indestructible wall had been erected in the void, and the more powerful the existence, the more terrifying the repulsive force became.

Hades clearly felt that if he tried to break through with his main body, the price would be staggering, and it might even shake the foundations of the 'Negation Realm' he had just created.

And as the main god of the world of Chaos, symbolizing the origin of Hades and death, he was also a 'key object' rejected by the laws of the other world.

When his consciousness was still far from that world's bubble, it was like hitting a wall woven from countless chaotic laws, making further progress impossible.

Hades withdrew his thoughts, and the vision in the mirror returned to the void.

"A barrier... extremely strong," he whispered, no frustration in his violet eyes, only calm analysis.

"Powerful individuals, especially gods, carry the origin of their world and are subject to repulsion directly proportional to their own energy level."

His gaze fell upon the mirror again, its surface flowing, reflecting scenes from within the world of Chaos—on earth, the Bronze men roared in war; in the mountains and forests, nymphs played; even in the Underworld, the busy spirits... Thanatos, extraditing souls.

A plan quickly formed in Hades's absolutely rational mind.

Since full-fledged and powerful gods found it difficult to enter, then send a 'weakened version'—humans who still had enough potential for infiltration.

These demigod heroes, in their original destiny, were the most suitable 'beacons'.

They had the blood of gods, were naturally powerful, possessed infinite potential, but were not full-fledged gods. Their existence had much less impact on the barriers of the other world than true gods.

They were natural intersections and buffer zones, the best bridges for initial connections.

When they moved within that other world, interacted with its laws, or even established a certain connection or influence, the repulsion between the two worlds would gradually change due to their 'points of compatibility'.

Like drops of water piercing stone.

When enough 'beacons' were established and they successfully took root, they could gradually expand the 'acceptance' of the world barrier towards the gods of Chaos, reducing their repulsion.

Ultimately, this would pave the way for the direct appearance of powerful gods, and even Hades himself.

"Need... to create some powerful demigods," Hades thought indifferently.

"Follow their original trajectories, give them an appropriate 'push', and then... cast them into that world."

He cared nothing for the personal fates of these demigod heroes in the other world—their adventures, emotions, life, and death were merely tools and processes for achieving the ultimate goal.

They were guide stones, keys to open portals, and necessary consumables.

Hades began to systematically consider how to increase the number of demigod heroes.

Although he almost 'objectively' trusted Zeus's 'productive' abilities, for the smooth implementation of the 'Beacon Project', the larger the demigod base, the better, and the more diverse the sources, the better.

Relying solely on the 'natural output' of Zeus and his descendants, the efficiency and controllability would be difficult to meet his needs.

He remembered Eros—the key authority that had once governed love and facilitated the union of countless gods.

The ancient primordial goddess of love had long since collapsed, and her divine fragments were scattered in every corner of the world, merging with every heartbeat and every desire.

It was nearly impossible to find a complete and autonomous Eros, and that was not what Hades wanted.

He needed not an uncontrollable primordial ancient god, but a tool capable of stably performing the function of 'promoting the union of gods and mortals'.

Therefore, Hades made a decision: since the old god was broken, create a new one.

He sat on the throne and inspired the power of the 'Negation Realm'.

The entire world of Chaos seemed to tremble slightly under his will.

An invisible force, like hundreds of millions of threads, converged from every corner of the world—extracting the most essential 'power of desire' from all actions and thoughts containing attraction, desire, and the impulse to unite.

These forces were originally scattered and weak, like invisible dust in the air.

However, under the forced absorption and compression of Hades's absolute will, they merged into a vast, restless, and flickering ambiguous pink-purple halo of energy, which rapidly surged into the depths of Hades.

Finally, within this core of passion energy, forcibly compressed and condensed to the extreme, a hazy divine form began to take shape.

However, perhaps Hades deliberately limited the absorption process—he did not need an overly powerful god of Eros, one capable of introducing unnecessary variables;

or perhaps the scattered origin of Eros was truly too meager to support a fully grown, powerful divine body—as the divine light gradually coalesced, what appeared before Hades's throne was not an adult god, but a goddess who looked like a mortal girl of only eleven or twelve years old.

She had curly pink-orange hair, like a newborn radiance, falling over her slightly thin shoulders.

She wore a small white dress made of pure divine power, barefoot, suspended in the air, surrounded by a delicate and seductive force field incongruent with her immature appearance.

Hades calmly 'looked' at the newborn deity.

"From today, you are the new Eros."
