Read Chapter 10 first before reading this.
CONFIDENTIAL MARITAL AGREEMENT ARTICLE.
This agreement is entered into on the 2nd of August 2025.
And is Between
Mr. Fionn Clarkson, thereafter referred to as "The Husband."
And
Ms. Kiara Miracle, thereafter referred to as "The Wife."
And collectively referred to as "The Parties."
SECTION I: PURPOSE OF MARRIAGE.
Clause one: This marriage is entered into to fulfill the following purposes.
1. Fulfillment of inheritance conditions.
2. Preservation of family reputation.
3. Strategic alliance (Between the Clarksons and Miracles).
4. Consolidation of business interests.
5. Avoidance of scandals.
Clause two: Emotional attachment is not required, though not prohibited.
Clause three: Love is not a purpose; if developed, it shall not invalidate this agreement.
SECTION II: DURATION
Clause one: The marriage shall last for:
A minimum period of one year and a maximum period of two years,
OR
Until fulfillment of contractual objectives and purposes.
Clause two: Termination or Extension.
Early termination without fulfillment of contractual purposes shall lead to penalties as stated and outlined in Section XI
Early termination or extension due to circumstances shall be done only if "The Parties" agree.
SECTION III: PUBLIC APPEARANCE.
Clause one: The wife must;
Attend all public events when required.
Maintain appropriate public conduct.
Present herself as a supportive spouse.
Clause two: The Husband must;
Publicly acknowledge the wife.
Avoid anything that humiliates the wife in public.
Not attend high-profile events with other women.
Clause three: All public affection shall appear natural and convincing.
SECTION IV: PRIVATE LIVING ARRANGEMENTS
Clause one: Household
The Parties shall reside in the same household.
Separate bedrooms may be maintained unless mutually agreed upon otherwise.
Clause two: Privacy
Neither Party shall;
1. Enter other's private space without permission.
2. Access confidential documents.
3. Temper with personal devices.
SECTION V: INTIMACY AND MARITAL EXPECTATIONS.
The Parties acknowledge that this marriage is legally binding and may require the appearance of a traditional marital relationship.
Clause one: Physical intimacy.
Shall occur by only voluntary and mutual consent.
Shall not be demanded as contractual enforcement, leverage, or a form of payment.
Shall remain strictly private and protected from public knowledge.
Clause two: Boundaries.
Neither Party shall use intimacy to;
1. Manipulate corporate decisions.
2. Influence financial negotiations.
3. Secure amendments to this agreement.
Clause three: Public Perception.
The Parties agree that;
1. Public perception of marital harmony may require displays of appropriate affection.
2. Such displays shall remain professional, controlled, and mutually agreed upon.
Clause four: Emotional Attachment.
Emotional attachment arising from intimacy;
1. Shall not void the agreement
2. Shall not alter the financial clause
Clause five: Abstinence.
The decision to abstain shall be respected.
It will not lead to a breach of the agreement unless it directly hinders an agreed child/heir provision.
SECTION VI: UNEXPECTED EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Clause one: Romantic Feelings:
If a Party develops romantic feelings for the other Party;
1. Said party shall not exploit emotional vulnerability.
2. Contract terms remain binding unless renegotiated.
If the Parties develop mutual romantic feelings;
1. The Agreement shall remain enforceable unless formally amended.
2. The Parties may remove the minimum and maximum duration clause.
3. The Parties may convert this Agreement into a traditional marital union.
SECTION VII: CHILD/HEIR CLAUSE.
Clause one: Child/Heir
A child/heir is not mandatory, though preferred.
If a child becomes necessary;
1. The matter shall be discussed in writing.
2. Timing shall be mutually decided.
3. No external family members may impose reproductive deadlines.
Clause two: Custody.
Any child born during this marriage shall be recognized as lawful.
Custody arrangements, if required, shall prioritize family legacy.
SECTION VIII: FIDELITY CLAUSE.
Clause one: Infidelity
During the duration of this contract:
No extramarital affairs shall be conducted publicly.
Discretion is mandatory.
Clause two: Scandals
Any scandal that damages family reputation shall result in:
1. Immediate financial penalties.
2. Possible termination.
SECTION IX: FINANCIAL TERMS
Clause one: The Wife's Benefits.
The Wife shall receive:
1. Monthly allowance of 100,000 Euros.
2. Full coverage of housing, transportation, and security.
3. A personal bank account funded by the Husband.
Clause two: Divorce
In the event of divorce (after the minimum period):
1. The Wife shall receive a settlement of 5,000,000 Euros.
2. Property acquired jointly shall be divided as per the law.
3. The Wife shall not claim ownership in the Husband's company unless agreed upon by the Husband.
SECTION X: CONDUCT
Clause one: The Wife.
The Wife shall not:
1. Engage in behavior that invites media speculation.
2. Discuss private matters with outsiders.
Clause two: The Husband.
The Husband shall not:
1. Use intimidation or violence.
2. Restrict the Wife's lawful personal freedoms.
3. Mutual respect shall be maintained at all times.
SECTION XI: BREACH OF CONTRACT
Clause one: Violation.
Violation of confidentiality results in:
1. Immediate contract review.
2. Financial penalty of 10,000,000 Euros.
Clause two: Emotional Interference.
Emotional interference (e.g., genuine romantic involvement with a third party) constitutes a breach.
However, emotional development between the Parties does not lead to breach.
Clause three: Family Interests
In case of betrayal that damages corporate or family interests:
Immediate termination.
Full forfeiture of settlement.
SECTION XII: CONFIDENTIALITY
The existence and details of this Agreement shall remain strictly confidential.
Disclosure requires the written consent of both parties.
SECTION XIII: FINAL PROVISIONS
This Agreement overrides verbal promises.
Amendments require written consent.
All disputes shall be settled privately.
