Jay quickly smoothed her hair and adjusted her blazer, her chest heaving as she desperately tried to regain her "chaos queen" composure .
I stayed right where I was, leaning back against the piano with a smug, possessive grin 😏, watching her struggle to hide the physical evidence of our heated encounter.
"Coming, Aries! 📢" Jay shouted, her voice an octave higher than usual, betraying her nerves 💓.
She shot me a look that was supposed to be a stern warning ⚠️, but with her swollen, reddened lips and flushed cheeks 🍎, it looked more like a sweet invitation. I just winked at her playfully 😉.
As soon as she unlocked the door, Aries practically stumbled inside, his sharp eyes darting between us like a hawk 🦅 searching for prey. Behind him, Freya and the rest of the girls and boys were peeking in, their faces twisted into mischievous, knowing smirks 😏👭.
What took so long? 🤨" Aries demanded, crossing his arms over his chest and stepping firmly between me and Jay like a human shield. "And why is the air in here so... heavy? 💨"
"We were just... discussing something," Jay said, avoiding everyone's eyes and pretending to be intensely interested in the scuff marks on her shoes 👟.
"What discusion Jay, playing for kids ?" Freya teased, nudging Jay with her elbow with a playful wink.
"Jay, you are planning to havebaby.What about me then ?,Cin said fake crying.
"Jay's there's a bit of a mark... 🕵️♀️" Rakki pointed to Jay's neck, where a faint, tell-tale pink flush was blooming from the pressure of my earlier grip 🌸.
"Oh, shut up, You all🤐💢" Jay hissed, her embarrassment reaching a total breaking point.
"Anyway," Rakki interrupted, wagging her eyebrows at me suggestively 🤨, "we're all heading to the arcade after school 🕹️👾. You two better come. No 'private discussion' allowed! 🚫🔞"
"We'll be there," I said, my voice still husky and deep from the kiss 🎙️. I caught Jay's gaze, silently challenging her to deny the chemistry between us
The walk to the parking lot was a nightmare of relentless teasing 🏃♂️💨. Every time I accidentally brushed my shoulder against Jay's, Girls or Boys would giggle like some aunties 🤭.
But amidst the laughter, I noticed Aries watching me with a deadly, protective expression 😠. He pulled me aside for a second while the girls walked ahead.
"I don't care if you're my best friend, Watson 🤝," Aries muttered, his voice thick with a brotherly warning that carried a hidden edge 🔪. "If you break her heart—or if your 'distractions' keep her from staying alert—we're going to have a serious problem 👊. I see the way she looks at her phone, Keifer. She's genuinely scared 😨."
My smug smile faded instantly 😶. Aries was right. Jay look scared and different from earlier.
As we reached my car 🏎️, jay quickly get in the car. She avoided my gaze.But her cheeks were still red.
"Jay, ready after archery we are going to our private Gym ",I said to her.
"Why ??",she asked .
"Of course to see your move, which Xavier mentioned",I said leaning .
She gave me a look that Uhh ...not again.
"You are such a kid ",she said to me.
"If a child then yes I'm child but I don't like other talking to someone who is mine like they own them ",he said in husky voice.
And started the car..
