The platter delivery didn't come on day six.
Leo noticed it when he came downstairs at six and found the sideboard empty, no covered dishes, no faint smell of warm food drifting from the kitchen annex. A single folded card sat propped against the counter where the platters usually arrived. Garrett was already reading it.
"Administration courtesy ends after the first week," he said without looking up. "Dining hall from here on. Student points or coin." He set the card down. "You read the pamphlet yet?"
"Still haven't received one."
Garrett looked at him for a moment. "Right. I'll walk you through the points system on the way."
