Ajax was stripped from his childhood, he was a kid who once dared to wish for an eternal blissful life. Now cornered to the path of death, he implored death to save him from the misery. However, the Gods decided otherwise. Since then, a smoldering flame ignited within to form an unbreakable oath- to bring salvation by himself, to eradicate the existence of those abominations, no matter the cost. Decades had passed since Earth was shattered by unknown fiends; humanity had beseeched the Gods with endless prayers to end this nightmare. Against all odds, the Gods did respond but instead bestowed them with powers to banish the evil. Thus, were born the blessed — beings who surpassed human nature by gaining affinity to commonly elemental powers and protected the weak against the Dwellers. Monsters fell , humans rose. Once on the verge of extinguishing, humanity's hope now shone brighter than the stars. However something far more unfathomable lay ahead — threatening Ajax's promise. The Gods do not lie. Only humans do. Monsters do not betray. Only humans do.
