The world she lived in was split into two continents, one was the elemental mages continent, in which Lunaria lived. The other was the ordinary mages continent. Lunaria's continent consisted of 7 countries. The Moonshade empire, The Sunblaze Empire, The empire of Eldersoil, The Galeclad empire, The Bloomveil empire, The Ironfang empire and The Voltis empire.
Each country had a unique power of their own. The country she was marrying into, The Sunblaze empire's royalty, possessed the power of Colorful fire that could be both destructive and helpful, one which burns corruption, although, this country was not always seen favorably as it's inhabitants were quite brutish.
The empire of Eldersoil was a more earth based empire. Their royals wielded the abilities to control the land itself, they could create mountains, valleys, passage ways and a lot more. A draw back was that they could not control what lived in the land the sculpted and what grew there.
Plants were the ability of another country known as the Bloomveil empire. The royals of this empire inherited the powers of plant control. No matter it be a ween or a tree, then could grow it or remove it in and instant. A drawback they faced was the inability to nurture what they created, if they had created a tree and not given it ample water, sunlight and care, it would die much faster than other plants. That is why the people of this empire were so obsessed with keeping things clean.
The ability to give oxygen or rather wind in general was inherited by the royal family of Galeclad. Though it may be a breeze or a tornado you desire, their royal family could create one in the blink of an eye. I suppose that would explain why the royal family of the empire were so lazy to use their hands.
The Voltis empire, as it's name suggests, possesses lightning abilities. Their royal family has passed down the ability of lightning. Be it lightning to zap someone or simply light firewood, they could always get the job done. A drawback being of course that if the lightning leaks out if they get overly emotional. Which explains their stoicism.
The Ironfang empire's royal had been given the power to tame beasts. So if you had ever met them and seen a large beast, it would be considered a docile pet. Although, if the beast and it's master have a shallow bond, it is possible for the beast to act on it's own accord.
Lastly, Lunaria's empire, the Moonshade empire. Her empire's royal had possessed the abilities of the moon. They could inherit many types of powers from the moon, healing abilities, foresight, water manipulation, Lunar shield and many more. Inheritably, the possessor only inherited a single ability. Only a couple times had the possessor inherited more than one ability, even then, the maximum had been 3 in a single person.
