"Face the final judgment of a god!!"
Even his breathing warped the air with electromagnetic distortion.
Luffy stood at the edge of the deck.
His straw hat cast a shadow over his eyes.
He didn't step back.
Instead—
Red steam began to rise from his body.

"Sanji, Nami, Robin… let's regroup."
The crew boarded the Merry—
Heading toward Upper Yard.
"Gold! My golden ship!!"
Nami's eyes sparkled as she rushed them.
"Luffy better not lose any of it!!"
Soon—
The Merry docked at the edge of the forest.
"Hey—!! Over here!!"
Luffy's voice rang out from the shadows.
He walked out—
Back to normal size.
Dragging someone behind him.
Enel.
Unconscious.
Bloodied.
"Luffy! Why are you dragging that lightning guy around?!"
Nami jumped off the ship, already scanning for gold.
"The golden ship's inside!"
Luffy pointed casually—
Then raised Enel excitedly.
"This guy's power is amazing!"
"Ronan—what if we do the same thing as with Wapol?"
Luffy's eyes sparkled.
"Have that black guy strip his fruit…"
"And give it to Nami—"
"Then wouldn't the Merry be able to—"
"BOOM BOOM—fly like that golden ship?!"
Ronan froze.
He looked at Luffy.
Then thought about it.
…It might actually work.
For the first time—
He looked at Luffy differently.
Sometimes—
This guy really did have good ideas.
"Stripping a Logia like the Rumble-Rumble Fruit…"
Ronan's eyes gleamed.
"Luffy… it's crazy."
"But if it works…"
"Our Merry…"
"Would become the most terrifying flying fortress on this sea."
"If only we had captured Blackbeard too…"
