Spandam clung to the ornate window frame, his masked face twisted in a grotesque mix of terror and excitement.
"Hahahaha! Do you see that?! That's Admiral Kizaru!"
His fingers dug into the marble, nails screeching against stone.
"That's the Navy's highest combat power! You lowly pirates dared invade Enies Lobby—this is your death! You'll be crushed into dust!"
Behind him, the remaining CP9 agents—Jabra, Kumadori, Fukuro, and Blueno—stood in silence.
Unlike Spandam's hysteria, their eyes were heavy with tension.
They could feel it.
Those people outside… were monsters.
At the center of the battlefield, Monkey D. Luffy tilted his head upward, the shadow of his straw hat covering his eyes.
Facing the man floating like a god in the sky—
Kizaru.
"I'll take you from here."
Kizaru kept his hands in his pockets, body slightly leaning, laziness incarnate.
Golden particles shimmered around him, humming faintly.

His tone dripped with mockery.

Luffy ignored him.
He turned to his crew.

"Sanji—take Robin, Usopp, Chopper, and Franky. That 'whatever-his-name-is' guy is yours."
His gaze shifted to Roronoa Zoro and Ronan.
"This yellow guy… we handle him."
"Luffy…"
Sanji exhaled, cigarette glowing faintly.
He glanced at Kizaru, then at Luffy's unwavering back—and smirked.
"Got it. Nami-swan, everyone—move!"
"Move?"
Kizaru suddenly spread his arms.
Blinding golden light exploded between them—like a miniature sun igniting midair.
"Yasakani no Magatama!"
Countless golden light bullets rained down like a meteor storm.
Each beam—
Hot enough to melt steel.
Fast enough to erase life.
They blanketed hundreds of meters, sealing every escape route.
"Aaah! We're dead!!" Usopp screamed.
Franky raised his arms, bracing.
But then—
A clear voice cut through the chaos.
"Leave it to me!"
It was Nami.
Behind her, the massive golden hexagram ring began to rotate violently.
"Armament reconfiguration—Electromagnetic Field, full power!"
BOOM!
The ring shattered into hundreds of golden spheres.
They orbited her at extreme speed, ionizing the air with shrill electric screeches.
"Super—Electromagnetic Cannon Matrix!"
At her command—
Every sphere ignited.
Silver-blue lightning erupted.
Hundreds of electromagnetic beams shot skyward, colliding head-on with the golden rain.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Explosions chained across the sky.
Gold and lightning clashed, annihilating each other in violent bursts.
The entire Enies Lobby was swallowed in blinding white light.
Even the roaring abyss below seemed to fall silent under the energy storm.
"Go! Don't just stand there!"
Sweat beaded on Nami's forehead—this scale of output was pushing her limits.
Sanji stared upward, stunned.
"Nami-swan… you're incredible…"
No time to waste.
With Nico Robin using "Cien Fleur" to form a massive staircase of arms—
Sanji's group rushed forward through the storm of explosions, heading straight for the courthouse.
Above—
Kizaru stopped attacking.
He glanced at Nami, raising an eyebrow.
"A lightning user… and this level of electromagnetic interference… how terrifying."
Inside the courthouse—
Spandam smashed his glass in fury.
"DAMN IT! What is Kizaru doing?! Why are they getting through?!"
But panic quickly replaced rage.
They were coming.
Fast.
Right at him.
He spun around, grabbing Blueno by the collar.
"You idiots! Jabra! Kumadori! Fukuro! Blueno!"
"Guard the door! Protect me at all costs! If I die, you all die with me!"
"We'll carry out the mission, sir."
Blueno stepped forward calmly.
Jabra grinned, baring sharp teeth.
"Heh… finally. Those so-called monsters… my body's already trembling with excitement."
Meanwhile—
On the plaza below.
Luffy's body surged with power, blood and energy pumping beyond human limits.
"Second Gear—Vajra Thunder Giant Mode!"
BOOOOM!!!
The ground collapsed under him.
Steam exploded outward—
And in a single second—
Luffy vanished.
In his place stood a ten-meter-tall giant, wrapped in crackling lightning.
"…Transformation?"
Kizaru's expression shifted slightly, intrigued.
"Gomu Gomu no—Thunder Ape King Gun!!!"
