The room was still touched by the soft morning mountain light. Cool breeze slipped in through the open window. Four girls—Megha, Rupsi, Tanushri, and Atreyi—were sprawled on the beds, legs stretched out.
Tea and coffee cups, chip packets, scattered bags, mobiles—everything screamed classic girls' trip chaos.
They were chatting about yesterday's outing.
Rupsi, Tanushri, and Atreyi were still in a playful mood.

Everyone burst into laughter, rolling around on the beds.

Atreyi shouted,
"Perfect! Play it!"
Rupsi clapped her hands,
"Play it, play it! Let's see!"
The three of them—Atreyi, Tanushri, and Rupsi—dimmed the lights and gathered in front of the TV.
They lowered the lights further, and the video started playing on the screen.

Everyone froze.
Tanushri shouted toward the door,
"Who is it?"
A calm, familiar voice came from outside—
"It's Anirban Sir."
Their eyes went wide.
Rupsi almost tripped as she whispered in horror,
"Oh no! Why did Sir come now?!"
Tanushri was frantically searching for the remote, panting,
"Where's the remote?! I can't turn it off!"
Everyone scrambled in panic, hunting for the remote.

The moment he sat, pressure fell on the remote hidden under the bedsheet—
