Medha finally lifted her face.
Tears had gathered in her eyes. She didn't even glance at Anurag Sir; instead, she looked straight into Anirban Sir's eyes with her own filled with deep remorse.
In a soft voice she said,
"Sir, we are truly sorry for what happened today."
Anirban Sir replied gently,
"There's no need to keep saying sorry, Medha. I know you all understand where you went wrong."
Anurag Sir leaned forward slightly and added,
"And remember one more thing—
Real love never looks like what you see on a screen.
Love means giving someone respect with your own eyes, finding your happiness in their smile.
Those videos only show bodies—they don't show hearts."
All four girls stared at him, almost speechless.
Rupasi, suddenly excited, burst out,
"Sir, you're… way more awesome than any movie hero!!!"
Everyone burst into laughter.
Anirban Sir, now controlling his smile, said,
"Alright, alright.
No more praising teachers. Just remember this: don't do anything like that again in the hotel. If someone else had been in my place today, they might have complained straight to the Head Ma'am—and it would have hurt you all badly. So from now on, no more such foolishness."
The girls nodded together, saying, "Yes, Sir."
Then the two teachers shared the good news about the joint trip plan between the two schools.
The students became extremely excited!
"So we'll leave now,"
Anurag Sir said softly with a gentle smile.
The girls didn't want to let him out of their sight.
Still, they waved goodbye as he left.
Anirban Sir also smiled faintly and walked toward the door.
Medha still couldn't take her eyes off Anirban Sir.
Just before leaving, Anurag Sir paused, turned back, and said,
"Come on now—get ready for the evening."

**Outside — Corridor**
Anirban and Anurag walked side by side.
Anirban said in a low voice,
"You saw how they were looking at you today! From now on, I don't think I'll be their crush anymore. They probably won't like me the same way!"
Anurag laughed.
"Come on! What nonsense are you saying!
That was just a moment of excitement.
You're their favorite teacher—the one who's always in their hearts.
No matter what I do, your place in their minds will always be the most important!"
Anirban asked,
"So what do you think? Did they really understand?"
Anurag replied,
"Hmm… I think they did."

**12:20 PM — Hotel 'Himalay Bliss', Girls' Room**
The moment the door closed, the girls let out a collective sigh of relief.
A few seconds of silence filled the room—then Tanushree suddenly exploded,
"OMG!!! I can't believe we were just standing in front of Anurag Sir!"
Rupasi shouted,
"No, no—this isn't a dream, right? That angelic smile of his… ugh! I completely melted!"
Atreyee jumped onto the bed,
"And those eyes! So calm yet stormy! I thought my heart was going to stop."
Everyone laughed together.
Medha had been sitting quietly, but there was a strange glow on her face.
Tanushree looked at her and said,
"Hey Medha, why aren't you saying anything? You were only looking at Anirban Sir the whole time!"
Medha lowered her eyes shyly and said,
"I was just thinking… how calmly he spoke today. I thought he would get angry, but no… instead he explained everything to us so kindly."
Rupasi nodded,
"Yes, that's the real thing! I was sure we'd be sent to the Head Ma'am today. But instead, they explained it in such a way that we're completely in love with them now."
Atreyee said dramatically,
"When Anurag Sir said, 'Romance means love, care, mutual respect'—ugh, that line!"
Tanushree laughed,
"And his voice! His style! The way he stands!"
Atreyee added,
"Hmm… the way Anurag Sir talked to us—I never imagined anyone could explain things so beautifully."
Tanushree nodded,
"Yes, there's this confidence in him, yet he's so gentle… total 'crush material'!"
Rupasi waved her hand excitedly,
"That's why all the girls in the city are crazy about him! I saw a video of him on Insta giving a speech at a school event—the comment section was full of 'Sir, please be our teacher!'"
Tanushree shouted,
"Oh God! I'm going to follow him too! We have to find his profile."
Rupasi said sadly,
"But the sad part is—he doesn't even have Instagram."
Their faces fell for a moment.
Tanushree said dramatically,
"But isn't it amazing that Anurag Sir is actually friends with our favorite Anirban Sir!"
Atreyee added,
"Yes, yes, really…!"
Tanushree continued,
"So now that our school is going on the trip with Pratapnagar Girls' High School, we'll definitely get to see Sir again."
Rupasi declared,
"Hey Atreyee, tomorrow on the trip, I'm sitting next to Anurag Sir, okay?"
Atreyee laughed,
"Yes, yes, absolutely.
He's our new crush!"
Tanushree suddenly said,
"But our Anirban Sir is still the best. He could have reported us to the Head Ma'am. But look how he handled it—he explained everything so nicely. No other teacher would have done that."
Rupasi winked,
"He spoke up for us, right? That's why I say—Anirban Sir isn't just a teacher; he's like a friend too."
Atreyee agreed,
"Yes, exactly.
Anurag Sir is awesome! But Anirban Sir is still our most favorite!"
Hearing them, Medha felt very happy inside.

**8:45 PM — Hotel 'Himalay Bliss', Joygaon**
The cool mountain breeze at night fluttered the curtains. Outside came the sound of crickets, a distant car engine, and laughter drifting up from the hotel lobby below.
The teachers of Meghmala Girls' High School were holding a meeting in the hotel conference room.
Teachers from Pratapnagar Girls' High School had also joined the discussion.
Mrs. Banerjee (Principal of Meghmala) said,
"As per our program, tomorrow morning we'll visit Joygaon market, then head to Jaldapara National Park. But since Pratapnagar Girls' High School is also here, I propose we go together. The girls from both schools can enjoy each other's company, have fun, and make new friends."
Rupashri Ma'am, Principal of Pratapnagar Girls' High School, smiled and said,
"Excellent suggestion. Our girls are very enthusiastic too. Anurag, what do you think?"
Anurag Sir, who had been sitting quietly, smiled and nodded.
"Of course, Ma'am. Doing it jointly will make it much more lively. The girls will get to interact more."
Anirban Sir, sitting beside him, gave a faint, contented smile.
There was a quiet satisfaction in his eyes.
"You're right, Anurag Sir. Going together means more fun for the girls—and more time for us to chat among ourselves. It'll be a completely new experience for everyone."
Shilpa Ma'am, a young teacher from Pratapnagar, smiled and said,
"I feel the same, Ma'am. The girls have been saying since morning how much fun it would be to explore with the students from Meghmala Girls' School."
Meenakshi Ma'am added from beside her,
"And when girls from two schools mix, there's also an exchange of learning. I really like this proposal."
Kusum Ma'am, the senior teacher from Pratapnagar, spoke in her usual firm voice,
"One big advantage of a joint trip is shared responsibility. Safety on mountain roads, meal timings—everything becomes much easier."
The Vice-Principal of Meghmala added with a smile,
"And most importantly, this trip won't just remain an 'Educational Tour'—it'll turn into a 'Friendship & Cultural Exchange Program'. A truly unique experience!"
Nivedita Ma'am from Pratapnagar said softly,
"Exactly, Sir. For the girls, this will be real learning—education outside the classroom."
Everyone agreed.
Finally, the two Principals said calmly,
"Then it's settled. Everyone be ready by 8 o'clock tomorrow morning. Teachers from both schools will divide responsibilities—
food, attendance, and transportation arrangements."
Anurag Sir and Anirban Sir looked at each other and exchanged a gentle smile.
In their eyes was a silent understanding—
the rest of the trip would now be enjoyed together by both their schools.
Everyone clapped in approval.
The meeting ended amid light laughter.
Teachers from both schools shook hands warmly.
To be continued...
