The light barrier dissolved.
The scenery solidified.
A cool autumn wind swept through a pine and cypress forest.
This was the autumn of Konoha Year 61, on the southeastern border of the Land of Fire.
After landing, Urashiki glanced at Kame in his hand. Its glow had dimmed considerably. He frowned.
"Why did it consume so much more energy than estimated? Has it deteriorated over time?"
But he quickly dismissed the thought.
His mood was excellent.
"I should've thought of this earlier. In this era, where even the so-called Three Sannin are considered top-tier fighters, no one on Kaguya's land can possibly stop me."
"Heh. Forget the Nine-Tails…"
"I could even seize the Gedo Statue from that so-called Akatsuki organization, gather all the Tailed Beasts, stuff them in one by one, revive Kaguya's Ten-Tails… and claim it for myself!"
"Heh heh heh… No rush, though. One step at a time."
"First, find the Nine-Tails' jinchūriki brat and take the vast chakra I need."
"Then kill Uchiha Akira while he's still a child."
"If possible, take those time-reversing eyes of his."
"After that… I'll plan the rest."
Humming an old song from Takamagahara, Urashiki took a step forward—
A pale hand suddenly rested on his shoulder.
A voice whispered beside his ear.
"Where you headed, buddy?"
"Hss—!"
Urashiki's eyes bulged. He spun around like he'd been electrocuted.
"U-U-Uchiha Akira?!"
While retreating in panic, he collided into a solid chest behind him.
Obito looked down at the high ponytail bobbing in front of him.
"Hey. You're stepping on me."
"Ahhh!"
Urashiki yelped and bolted forward—
Only to slam straight into another broad chest.
He looked up.
Madara's blade-sharp, cold face stared down at him.
"Blind, are you? Watch where you're walking."
"Ahhh!"
Urashiki stumbled back, trapped between them.
Uchiha Akira.
Uchiha Obito.
Uchiha Madara.
Surrounded by three Uchiha Asura.
He trembled violently.
"H-How is this possible?! Why are you here?! This shouldn't—this can't—!"
Then something struck him.
"D-Don't tell me… the reason Kame consumed so much energy…"
"Y-You… came through with me?!"
"Why?! Why couldn't I see you?! Why couldn't I sense you?! Why can you follow me here?!"
Akira sneered.
"Want to know?"
"Kneel and kowtow. I'll tell you."
Driven by sheer survival instinct, Urashiki immediately raised Kame again to escape—
Akira lifted his hand.
"Hand it over."
—Universal Pull.
Whoosh!
Kame was yanked into Akira's hand.
Without hesitation, Akira activated Umadara Flow to freeze its temporal process.
"A time-traveling artifact of the Ōtsutsuki…"
"I'll be taking this."
"Give it back!"
This was his only hope.
Urashiki lunged desperately—
"Impudent!"
Madara kicked him like a cannonball.
Urashiki blasted through a row of ancient locust trees.
Birds scattered in panic.
Dust trails stretched fifty meters through the forest.
Akira completed the temporal freeze.
Kame was now his.
A long-standing obsession had finally settled.
He had always wanted this artifact.
It was the key to uncovering the truth behind Jin's death.
"Akira, still planning to fight alone?"
Madara asked.
"What are you thinking, Uncle Madara?"
"Let me handle it. I've been watching you fight twice already. My hands are itching."
Before Akira could answer, Obito interjected.
"Madara, you fought Momoshiki too."
"I've barely had a real battle since being Edo Tensei'd."
"Let me deal with Urashiki. That's not unreasonable."
Madara's battle mania was fully ignited.
"Don't care."
"You're not stealing this from me."
"I don't have a single Ōtsutsuki head under my belt yet."
Obito's stubborn streak flared.
"No."
"Rin is watching me."
"How can I just stand around doing nothing?"
"I'm going!"
"I'm going!"
"I'm going!"
Akira stepped between them.
"Uncle Madara, Obito… why argue?"
"Let's do it together."
Madara paused.
"Together? How do we split the kill?"
Akira grinned.
"Whoever lands the kill gets the credit."
"If you're not satisfied, I'll rewind time and kill him again."
"Anyway, he's fertilizer in the end."
Madara nodded repeatedly.
"Good. Very good."
Obito clapped his hands.
"Nice. Let's compete. See who racks up more kills."
Whoosh!
Urashiki burst from the dust cloud and shot into the sky.
He scanned frantically—then fled southward.
Flap!
Akira used Konan's Paper Dance via Twin Blossom, unfurling white wings.
In a flash, he blocked Urashiki's path.
"Where's your fishing rod and gourd?"
"Didn't bring them?"
Veins bulged around Urashiki's Byakugan.
He fired a Vacuum Palm at Akira.
Before the strike launched, Akira had already enveloped himself in Susanoo's ribcage.
The Vacuum Palm hit—
Blocked.
Akira's right eye focused instantly.
—Takemikazuchi no Mikoto.
Boom!
A skeletal fist smashed Urashiki back into the locust forest.
A perfect assist.
Madara clasped his hands.
—Fire Release: Majestic Destroyer Flame.
Boom!
The fireball devoured the forest.
Heat distorted the air.
If Urashiki did nothing, he would burn to ashes.
"Don't underestimate me, Ōtsutsuki Urashiki!"
"You filthy lower lifeforms!"
Buzz—
His Byakugan shifted.
A sky-blue Rinnegan without tomoe emerged.
A second before the flames swallowed him—
He shot upward.
"He dodged?"
Obito formed seals.
Kamui vortex spiraled.
Flames erupted from his mouth.
—Fire Release: Wild Bomb Blast Dance.
The vortex-expanded inferno lunged for Urashiki—
But Urashiki's body twisted like an eel midair.
He slipped through the narrow gaps in the fire's weave.
Madara narrowed his eyes.
"So that's the ability of his blue Rinnegan."
Urashiki possessed three eyes:
Byakugan.
Red six-tomoe Rinnegan.
Blue Rinnegan without tomoe.
The red Rinnegan opened Yomotsu Hirasaka—
But with Akira capable of reversing time, escape was meaningless.
Thus, Urashiki activated the blue Rinnegan.
It had two abilities.
The first he just used—
Aga-ru.
A time-based ocular technique.
It allowed him to rewind himself a few seconds and replay the opponent's actions repeatedly—
To analyze and select the optimal evasion route.
Unlike Umadara Flow, which directly interfered with reality,
Aga-ru functioned more like predictive foresight.
Each had its own strengths.
Majestic Destroyer Flame missed.
Madara wasn't displeased.
If anything, he was more excited.
"Oh? Not bad."
"If you were completely worthless, this would be boring."
"Show me how far you can dance."
His eyes focused.
—Limbo: Border Jail.
Whoosh!
Four invisible Limbo shadows attacked Urashiki from all directions.
Buzz!
Urashiki's blue Rinnegan widened.
—Aga-ru!
In an instant—
He simulated dozens of scenarios.
The conclusion?
No escape.
No matter how many attempts—
He was getting blasted away every time.
"Gahhh!"
Urashiki screamed as he was sent flying like artillery.
Madara's rising excitement dropped by half.
"…Wait."
"I said you've got some skill."
"And that's literally all you've got?"
