Ding. The host has killed the Eternal Devil, gaining 200 attribute points.
Dark Water effect triggered, absorbing the Eternal Devil's ability, klein cage. The host can select an area in reality and pull it into an inner space where time stops and everything loops endlessly.
"How was it?" Fami leaned in close, almost pressing against Cael's face. "Did it work? If it failed, I can drag the Eternal Devil back from Hell so you can kill it again."
Cael slowly opened his eyes.
The moment the ability settled in, he already understood how to use it.
Instead of answering, he grabbed the back of her head and pulled her in.
"Mmph…"
The sudden kiss caught her completely off guard. Her body trembled, her eyes widened, and her breathing turned uneven.
After half a minute, Cael pulled away without expression, wiping his mouth with a wet wipe.
"Toy, find a random wasteland and take me there."
"Okay."
In an instant, the two vanished.
They reappeared in an overgrown wasteland, quiet and desolate.
Fami's heartbeat picked up slightly, her cheeks faintly flushed.
"There are some small animals around, but they are starving and not under my sister's control," she said casually.
She slipped off her boots and stepped onto the grass. Her movements were relaxed, almost deliberate.
"The ground is soft too. If you want something more… adventurous, this place works."
Cael ignored her completely.
He was scanning the environment, focused on testing his new ability.
Fami blinked.
No reaction?
So he was just ignoring her on purpose.
Fine.
She began unbuttoning her coat.
Cael turned his head and immediately froze.
"Holy shit."
He grabbed her clothes and shoved them back into place.
"Put that back on. What the hell is wrong with you?"
Fami's face flushed deeper, her breathing slightly uneven.
"I am your wife," she said calmly. "Why not enjoy something together? The others will not know."
Cael snapped instantly.
"I am here to test an ability, not deal with your nonsense. Be serious. And I never agreed to you being my wife. You think handing over one Eternal Devil is enough?"
Fami paused, then calmly fixed her clothes.
"Then I will keep giving you things until you accept."
Cael ignored her.
He raised both hands and framed the landscape with his fingers, as if taking a picture.
Fifteen seconds passed.
Everything within that frame froze.
"Click."
With a thought, the selected area disappeared.
Fami's eyes lit up.
"That is the Eternal Devil's ability?"
Cael nodded.
"Klein cage. I pulled that space into my own inner world. A controlled eternal zone."
"That is useful," Fami said, her tone sharpening with interest. "With this, I do not need to summon the Eternal Devil every time."
Cael flicked her forehead.
"Mine is mine. Yours is yours. Why would I do things for you?"
Fami did not react negatively.
Instead, she stepped closer and wrapped around his arm, her expression soft and playful.
"We have already kissed," she said. "So I am your wife. You help me, I help you. That is normal, right?"
Cael glanced down briefly, then clicked his tongue.
"You are seriously testing my patience."
He grabbed her shoulder and pulled her close.
"Fine. Let us go."
They vanished again.
This time, they entered the inner landscape created by the klein cage.
Inside, the world stood still. No outside interference, no observation, nothing could reach them.
A completely sealed space.
Fami lay on the grass, her hands pinned as she looked up at him, her expression unusually focused.
Time inside had no meaning.
After what felt like an hour, Cael finally let go.
He helped her fix her clothes without a word.
Fami looked satisfied, though not fully content. She stretched slightly, then rested beside him.
Her gaze dropped to her feet, noticing faint marks.
"I understand everything else," she said, tilting her head. "But why the feet?"
"Personal preference," Cael replied without hesitation.
She leaned her head against his shoulder.
"Then I will start wearing better shoes."
"Good."
Cael suddenly paused, then slapped his forehead.
"Damn it, I almost forgot something."
Fami looked up at him.
"What is it?"
Cael reached into his body and pulled out a strange heart, shaped like a firework tube.
"This is the Flamethrower Devil heart. Balem's."
Fami raised an eyebrow.
"You want to create another Weapon Human? That is not easy."
Cael shook his head.
"Too much effort. I just think that bastard died too easily."
Fami's eyes brightened immediately.
"You want to torture him here?"
Cael smirked and kissed her briefly before patting her head.
"You get me."
He took out part of a broken jaw and placed it with the heart, then poured several bags of blood over them.
"The trigger is the molar," Cael muttered. "Took some effort to piece this together."
He grabbed the tooth and yanked.
Snap.
Boom.
The blood was absorbed instantly.
The fragments pulsed, then reformed with violent energy.
Balem, the Flamethrower Man, stood once again.
Revived.
