He was sleeping when they barged into his room, the two brothers wearing obvious expressions that instantly indicated they were absolutely furious.
The door slammed open so violently it struck the wall.
Alex jolted awake.
"What the hell—?" he shouted, half rising from the bed in panic as his heart pounded wildly in his chest. For a split second he thought the estate was under attack.
Raphael was already moving.
He crossed the room in long, furious strides and grabbed the sheets, yanking them off Alex with a sharp motion that left the cold air rushing across his skin.
Alex blinked in shock, scrambling upright.
Raphael looked livid.
Not just angry.
Furious.
